Eliza came to my house to do a personalized makeup lesson. She brought her amazing toolkit and showed me the colors and products that work best with my skin and eyes — things I never thought would look good on me looked fantastic. She patiently and expertly taught me her professional techniques — and helped to make sure I could replicate them myself. I looked better than I ever have before. She followed up with a specific list of recommendations for the products and tools she used so I can specifically replicate what we did together; through her great instruction I can now skillfully do my own makeup! She was so fun to be with, so knowledgeable and so patient, I had a great time just being with her! I look forward to another chance to work together!

Eliza did my wedding hair and make-​up a few months back and it was the BEST decision I ever made. Eliza was simply PERFECT. Her work is flawless, her professionalism is unbeatable, and her work ethic is amazing. I absolutely loved everything about the hair and make-​up, it lasted all night, looked gorgeous, felt great and she really captured how I wanted to look that day. Eliza is also fun and great to work with. She was super fun to be around and made the getting-​ready moment so nice and calm. She had to deal with a crazy bird-​cage veil and had so much patience figuring out how to put it just right. I also had a bit too short side bangs and she knew exactly how to style them. I am not exaggerating when I say she did everything right. She had the perfect attitude, she made the make-​up look super natural and great in pictures, and the hairdo was beautiful AND comfortable!
Everybody that met her loved her, super sweet, kind, simply lovely. If you are looking for hair and make-​up please don’t look any further, she is exactly what you want! Every person that looks at my wedding pictures asks me who did my hair. Not kidding. Simply excellent! Thanks so much Eliza!

I am so glad I chose Eliza to do my makeup for my wedding! Eliza is such a fun and professional makeup artist. She was so easy to work with and everyone in my bridal party enjoyed talking to her.
Her makeup skills are extremely advanced and I looked gorgeous on my wedding day (as did everyone else in my wedding party). Plus, she uses really good products, and my makeup lasted the entire day/​evening. My makeup looks flawless and natural in all of the pictures. She is prompt, kept to her schedule, and managed to do 4 people’s makeup in a little over 4 hours. It was really impressive!
She was really easy to communicate with, and her online booking system makes it very easy to view your contract. She came to my house for the trial and we had a great time chatting and listening to music. I would definitely use her services again!

The day of my wedding, we did h /​mu outside our hotel room, surrounded by a flow of friends and family stopping by to say hi. She was unflustered by the constant in and out of well-​wishers and happily answered makeup/​hair/​skin questions from aunts and neighbors etc while she worked her magic on me.
I had changed my mind at the last minute about how I wanted my hair, and she made me look even better then the inspiration pictures we were working off of. I wanted a very natural /​romantic look and she achieved exactly what I envisioned. My hair and makeup stayed all night without issue, and photographed perfectly!
Beyond being incredibly talented at her craft, Eliza has a great calm energy and an easy laugh that will put any bride at ease. A+ !

Eliza Desch and her team were absolutely phenomenal. They did hair and makeup for myself as well as my five bridesmaids, my mother, and my husband’s mother — an ethnically diverse group with a wide range in ages and styles. Everyone’s hair and makeup came out great — Eliza and team were happy to provide suggestions to those in the group without individual preferences and incorporated both generic and specific requests incredibly well into their work. In addition, she and her team are very fun to work with. Eliza also did hair and makeup for my engagement photos. Her work is excellent and consistent and I highly recommend her!

I just had Eliza do my hair and makeup for my company Holiday party this past weekend and once again she performed pure magic! My hair and makeup were simply magnificent, I was getting complements all evening!

Eliza does really wonderful special event hair and makeup. I used her for my wedding, and she was gracious and full of ideas during the «dry run», and poised and professional on the big day. The results were great! My makeup was just right both in person and in photos — natural beauty without looking «too too done». And, way better than I could have done myself.
