I’ve been going to Allen since he opened. Probably close to 30 years I guess. Not quite sure what I will do when he retires. But always pleasant to go there and time just kind of slows down once you walk in the door.

An old-​time barber shop, pole and all, with a flat-​screen TV tuned to sports, all your favorite men’s magazines, even a view of the Bay from the center of old town Corte Madera. Great guys, great haircuts.

Looking for a good men’s haircut without all the frou-​frou? Look no further than Hair Concepts. I started coming here with my old man when I was a little kid and not much has changed in 20 years besides the playboys on their coffee table. This place is a classic in every sense of the word. Alan and Tony have built a solid reputation over the years, which is why they have such a loyal clientele. You won’t find two nicer guys to talk shop with while getting a trim. In fact, they’re so good at what they do that you won’t want to leave!

Been going here since I age 12. Tony and Allen are the best guys in Marin. This is a proper barber shop where you can sit look at a mag and shoot the sh*t. This is what a barber shop should be. These guys give great hair cuts. Thanks Tony and Allen.
