I recently needed my hard drive replaced on my iMac. The Apple Store wanted to keep my computer for a week, and «couldn’t tell me over the phone» how much the total charges would be!

He knows computers and has been able to troubleshoot with our dental software company — in fact he has been more help to us than the company that sold us the software in the first place!
