Montessori for Toddlers in Corte Madera

When our son was 18 mos we were not sure where to put him. We heard about teacher Teresa from a good friend. So we decided to check her out. She has helped our little boy blossom. He now sits at a table takes off his shoes and even puts his sippy in the sink. Teresa follows the Montessori method and implies it to everyday skills. She embraces the children that are bi or tri lingual. She allows the kids to think for themselves and encourages them to be independent. We are amazed that our 18 mos year now is a strong self confident little boy.

Teresa Reese is an absolutely fantastic educator. We recently enrolled our 18 month old son in her class and my wife takes her parenting class. Teresa is as experienced a montessori educator as we have met and seems to posess that inante quality to communicate with toddlers that we, as first time parents certainly have trouble finding. Our boy spends three days a week at the program, takes a great nap, eats a morning snack, a hot organic lunch, and returns home well rested, happy, and usually with a painting in hand. Teresa is also a great resource for lots of basic (and some complicated, at least to us) parenting questions that we have had. The only real challenge was finding her and hoping that she had space for us as she keeps her class size very limited. She is a delight to have in our lives and we are thrilled that we found her and the program.
