My parents bought carpet from this company in December. Campbell hired a contractor to install like most carpet places do. Campbell Carpet however hires thugs, thieves, and all around dirt bags that you DO WANT IN YOUR HOME! One of the installers stole my Dad’s credit card info and racked up a 700 $ charge to Walmart. We filed a police report and a few days later the owner of the installation company called my Dad and offered to pay back what was stolen. Guilty? Looks that way. Campbell Carpet has never contacted my parents to off them anything or apologize. Look elsewhere for new carpet.
