BAD, BAD, BAD!
Wings were cold gristley, and WEAK! Sirachi wings didn’t even tingle my lips.
Waitress was aloof, at best! Served my bottled beer Warm! When I mentioned it, she gave a glass of ice!
Next beer was warm, again served with ice, really??? Pizza hut wings are better tasting and better prices & served warm!
Main dining area smelled of beer vomit, really bad, when we came in & when we left 2 hrs later, EWE!
It’s worth the trip to Sharon from here on out! Don’t waste your $ or time here

Placed an order, got it home and was missing chicken tenders. Called and they said sorry, my fault, will make them for you. Got the chicken tenders and they also gave me a gift card. Nice that they take action for their mistake. Food is good!

First, great manager at this lube. Friendly, accommodating, pleasant. Second, awful staff. Very lazy bartender, very «half-​ass» attitude on a busy night. Shoved a menu in my face when it was the incorrect menu I needed for a couple threatening allergens. This waitress argued with me, suggesting me to order something else, when I simply stated that I wanted (needed) to order based off what the allergen menu claimed. Please, realize that there is a big world out there… It expands beyond Warren, Ohio. Every server needs to treat their customers with utmost respect. Allergens are commonly growing. This kind of behavior would not fly in any modern city, let alone it should not be happening anywhere. Very displeased.

Growing up, we were regulars at the Lube in Sharon, PA. I was excited to see a Lube in Warren. Unfortunately, the wings were nothing like I remembered. Overcooked and the sauce on the Louisiana Lickers was uneven. I’ve definitely had better wings at random bars.

We post gamed here after the Joe Walsh concert. The drinks were good. They were running a $ 4 margarita special, and they were good sized ritas. Also had boneless wings with the Kentucky bourbon barrel sauce which was really tasty! Overall, it was a good experience.

this particular store is a little smaller than the others I have been to but the theme and basic set up is the same we have never had any problems with the staff here and enjoy watching «the game «while enjoying the wings Thai-​R-​cracker is my personal favorite

When we go to the lube, it’s typically because someone else chose the restaurant. We have been to many of the locations and have been frequently disappointed.
The Cortland location is a game changer. Whoever is running this location is doing a phenomenal job! We have been impressed a few times dining in, so we ordered takeout last night.
Both the fish and shrimp tacos were amazing. Our wings were large, perfectly cooked and sauced.

I have been going to Quaker Steak & Lube in Sharon, PA for over 25 years. This one was terrible. I had a single order of ranch wings that were awful. They were really moist and tasted dreadful. Our waitress had an attitude and seemed to be annoyed that my friends were taking a while to order. But my friends son has diabetes. We don’t need to explain that to her she has a job because of us and if my friends need time to order for their son that’s their right. She never refilled our drinks unless told to do so. Her lack of service was evident by her tip. I have never given a waitress such a low tip. Never going to Quaker Steak & Lube again.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat after 9:00 PM on a Monday. Sat at the bar and order my favorite boneless wings. Came out super quick! Was excited until I tried a wing that was cold. Was just sauced without being freshly cooked. Not a big deal since half were for lunch the next day. Mentioned it to the waitress who passed it on to the manager. He came out and offered to take the wings off the bill. Didn’t need to, but greatly appreciated the offer. Just wanted to make sure the kitchen is doing their job.
On a side note, dude at the bar order a steak medium-​rare, but came out cold in the center. Manager was on it again! Just gotta work for some consistency guys. It’s not that hard!

I would just like to comment on the all you can eat buffet first. I have been to Austintown and now warren. I would say that the food and the service was much better in Austintown than in warren. The buffet is bigger in Austintown. Tonight we had a waiter not sure of his name because he didn’t much of a personalityand we had 5 people in our party and he wasn’t very attentive. The grilled wings were very good and the rest of the food from the buffet was very good. But as far as service goes I would say it sucked. They weren’t as busy as the other Quaker in Austintown but they kept the food fresh.

Nice job on the smaller concept. Stopped on for take out and stayed for a beer. Friendly staff. I prefer other wing placed but their sauce selection is great. Something for everyone in my group. Tough to order many flavors, though

Usually when a new restaurant opens, there are a lot of hiccups. I have been to this place twice now and, even though it only opened a couple months ago (my first trip was three days after they opened), I had zero issues either time. Kudos to the lube for actually getting their staff prepared for customers before opening. The only reason for only 4 stars is because it’s nothing special above other qs&l locations and 5 stars should be reserved for restaurants with individuality. Definitely go.
