Subway

I have Subway fever lately, most likely because it’s the holiday season and carbs don’t count during the holidays, but nevertheless I’ve gone to about 5 different Subways in the last month and this one was pretty good. It’s conveniently located right off Interstate 81, exit 11, near SUNY Cortland. This exit is my go to exit whenever I am traveling because they have everything you need right off the exit, it’s quick and easy. Subway is in the same shopping center with McDonalds, Friendly’s and other stores. This Subway looked nice and clean, but there was only one guy working and he was flustered, very flustered. It was mostly because the people on line ordering their food were RUDE, but this dude kept his cool, was super polite and worked as quickly as he could. When someone asked for spinach he LOADED the sandwich up with spinach, same with tomatoes, onions and banana peppers. I really dislike when people are stingy with toppings. Everything tasted fresh, the chicken tasted really good too, I’m always nervous about biting into grilled chicken at Subway. The only thing that would have made this place better would be if there was another worker behind the counter. Overall a good experience and I’ll definitely make this a regular stop when I’m traveling.
