Love their juices! Although their prices are a little expensive, it is nice having the opportunity to buy great, healthy, and fresh items locally. My only request is they have lunch items available for purchase in the morning while I am on my way to work. It is because of this I am never able to try their lunch items!

Good, fresh food in a cute little grocery store that reminds me of whole foods. Cough cough. Did I say whole foods? Sorry, meant whole paycheck.

Great spot to stop for lunch in Cortland. Tasty food and hard-working, conscientious staff. The smoothie selection had my daughter thrilled, and the coffee was strong and black. Oh, and the scone was Paleo(which was novel). I highly recommend stopping here to support a strong local business

What a great place for lunch! We were a bit skeptical, the café being a part of a market and all, but we did not need to be at all! Fresh, tasty and prepared from local products. Perfect! The market is very nice as well. There is a grab and go case with quick snacks and lunches if you don’t have time to wait for fresh-made. Friendly staff and clean eating area. We would love to stop there again.

This is exactly the kind of place you NEED to support. Food is outrageously fresh and unique and everyone is super friendly. Check it out!

My wife and I had breakfast here. We both loved it! They serve local eggs, pork from The Piggery, and excellent breads. The grocery store is nice too. Great customer service, we will definitely be back to try lunch.

I went to the café today for the third time since they opened about a year ago. I wasn’t a huge fan initially; to be fair, they were still getting their bearings. After today’s trip, I’m happy to say this will most likely become one of my regular spots for lunch when I’m in Cortland for work/school. Pros: friendly staff, vast selection of sandwiches, paninis, salads and breakfast foods, great housemade breads, plenty of seating, and conveniently located. I had the roasted eggplant panini with vegan dill potato salad and some blackberry ginger– infused water and all of it was exceptional. Cons: Not so much of a con as it is a bummer, but it is a bit pricey. Some of the sandwiches list for as much as $ 12.49 which makes it a bit less practical for those of us on a budget. You really can’t argue with fresh, locally sourced food though. Overall, the café has really brought something to Cortland that it previously lacked– serving the community with a conscience and in the name of better health. I will certainly be back soon to try some of their breakfast items!

I was passing through on I-81, and I’m going to admit, I actually asked Siri where the nearest Whole Foods was, and got this place. I figured I’d check it out, and was VERY happy I did! What a great local store with friendly employees that had everything I would have gotten from whole foods and MORE. I will definitely be stopping back here anytime I’m in town!

Great soups, salad bar with several choices. Panini and pita with fresh in store baked bread. Several gluten free, vegan, and other special diet needs menu items
