Check Oil

Have used check oil for probably 20 years or more. My neighbors also use check oil. Their price is very competitive, they always schedule you for a day or two after you call, show up when they say they will and their trucks look clean and well maintained.
As far as customer service… On two occasions over the years, I have run out of oil and they made an emergency delivery on that day (without any extra cost). One of those times was during an extreme cold spell when they were obviously very busy and the other time during a blizzard.
Other reviewers had issues with the driver and office staff. I never had any negative interaction with either.

No customer service… i called Tuesday for an oil delivery and was informed I could get delivery the next day (which was great) I asked them to fill the tank. The following day I get the delivery and when I return from work I notice my tank is filled only ¾ of the way… i called yesterday to inquire about why this may have happened. i thought maybe an issue with the gage on the tank. the girl on the phone explains that I only ordered 150 gallons not a fill up… i informed her that I asked for it to be filled .she insisted that I didn’t and that if I had asked for such I would have a full tank. She at no time offered for another delivery to fill it up or asked if there was anyway she could help me and her tone was rude telling me that I should have told them to fill it… it was not even two days since I had spoken to them and I clearly remember the conversation. …price was great but customer service needs people skills

We were recommended by our neighbors to use check oil. So we called for a delivery… My husband received a nasty phone call stating that they couldn’t find our house so my husband explained where our house was located being that sometimes on 1^st deliveries, vendors do have a hard time finding our home. Shortly after my husband receives a second nasty phone call from the delivery man screaming at him that he cannot get up our driveway and that he’s leaving and that his truck is 100,000 dollar truck. I can’t even explain how inappropriate this conversation was, being that our driveway was cleared when I got home no snow and I could see the blacktop… Then my husband in shock after being spoken to in such a matter calls the main number to put in a complaint with the driver for his disrespectful conversation and the girl who answered the phone giggled when she heard the complaint as if she already knew were going to call. She said she is putting us on a no call list that we cannot receive deliveries in the future. Well I have news for you and the owner of this company so listen up. 1^st of all I’m paying for a product and to be yelled and screamed at is beyond inappropriate and I wouldn’t recommend this company for oil if they were the last people on earth with oil. I rather pay to convert my house to electric than to be spoken to like a piece of dirt. I really don’t know how any of your existing customers put up with your horrible customer service. Good luck to anyone who uses these people hopefully they learn to talk to their customers with respect after reading this review totally disgusted!
