Very disappointed in customer service! I wanted to book a party for 40 people in October, 2009, however no one at Monteverde is accesssible. I left a phone message for someone (Audrey) to contact me, only to be left a message that the best way to contact her was by e-​mail, which I did, and never received any response, (email or otherwise). This is two weeks after my initial phone call. Needless to say we booked the party elsewhere. When in the businees world you get a lead or better yet a phone call for your product or service, you make it happen. I guess the management team needs a brush up course!
