This is one of my go to restaurants! The food is always amazing, ESPECIALLY the weekly specials! Chef Ko is a mad genius and I trust him far too much, I even ate(and loved) beef tongue pastrami once because I knew that it wouldn’t be on the menu if it wasn’t spectacular. The crème brulé is also awesome, the best in Corvallis in my humble opinion. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, but on nights with live music conversation is basically impossible, however I have only run into this problem a handful of times over the years. Most nights the band doesn’t start until well after dinner hours. Service here isn’t always super fast, part of the relaxing atmosphere, but if you need to be done and out by a particular time just tell your server, they tend to be pretty accommodating.

Pear and roasted Chanterelle Salad with Truffle and Hazelnut flavors is a perfect salad for fall! Hush puppies are spot on texture and flavor with a cilantro aioli to cool things down!

I’m a sucker for a good Irish pub. This place fits the bill! Good selection of Irish and Scotch! Menu looks great! Join the whiskey club just because you can! Can’t wait to hit this spot on a Friday!

I always enjoy Cloud and Kelly’s! Always a nice bartender, great well drinks, and Ko’s dishes are delicious. My favorites include bangers and mashed potatoes, as well as tall of their salads! We go to eat and have drinks there a couple of times each month. Love the Bar Maiden drink! We have seen some great shows, as well!

Great service! Great menu/food. Drinks. Music. Location. We’ve never had a bad experience here. Initially found this place when I was searching for a cobb salad… and this IS the place to get one. Beautiful presentation, and the cobb salad tasted amazing. I’ve been back for a few since, and some other things… which were equally delicious. Bangers & mash. Lamb burger. Assorted specials… all yummy. And the service has always been spot on, which makes a big difference, I think.

Went to Cloud and Kelly’s last night with family. Service was lukewarm at best, the Bartender looked like he wanted to be anywhere else but behind the bar and to top it off ordered a ham and cheese grilled sandwich. Honestly I could make a better one at home with the panini maker. It was soggy and over filled with cheese and to top it all off, turkey instead of ham. Seriously? You are a cook and don’t know difference? Brought this to the waitresses attention and she mumbled something about not even having turkey in the kitchen. Never got an apology, no explanation. NADA. Won’t be going back.

Pleasantly surprised! Tried to have lunch at another place but found it closed. Walked down street and came upon Cloud & Kelly’s wasn’t sure which salad to order server helped me choose the daily special Salad Nicole with seared tuna. So glad I did great lunch. Being from out of town this looks like a great night hangout with live band stage cool dim lighting. Glad the other place was closed will come again when in town!

Good food! My favorite is the Shepards Pie! Although it’s not prepared consistantly. Today’s was fabulous! Irish music would have been a bonus!

So my first trip to Corvallis took me to the campus of Oregon State University, because there really isn’t anything else there but the campus and a pretty nice downtown area. A buddy took me on a day trip to watch some lacrosse and we stopped at this nice Irish spot for some grub and a beer. It was quiet for the moment with the NCAA Final Four going on with no one really paying attention and some guys setting up a sound system for later in the evening, playing Pink Floyd with and without the bass or treble at times. It was dark, lots of wood, obviously OSU items but also Notre Dame, the Boston Celtics, Irish field hockey and other Irish team sports. $ 10 shirts in varying colors for Cloud & Kelly’s displayed above our heads. It was happy hour and beers were a buck off and there was a happy hour menu of which we ordered a burger, a banger and fresh house made potato chips and I got a nice Deluxe doppelbock. They even came in Imperial pint size. Nice. They also had a pretty impressive row of both bourbon and Irish whiskey as well. Our server was friendly and the food was good bar food. The chips were great but I thought they’d be fresh made and hot coming to the table, but they were seasoned well. My buddy had been here prior, so that’s why he suggested it. It was a good choice. Most menu items, not on the happy hour menu were in the $ 10 – 14 range. Maybe a bit much for a college town, but I’m sure it’s all good. If I make it back to Corvallis, I know that I have a place to stop into and enjoy a good pint of beer and some decent food.

Went to Cloud & Kelly’s with my husband for our date night and had a very good experience! Our server(Breeze?) was super friendly and great with my questions(about drinks, food selection, nighttime events, etc.) and our orders came within a timely manner. My only complaint was the drink I ordered(an alcoholic coffee beverage) was pretty gross(should have stuck to whiskey!) The house made veggie burger was amazing, corned beef was delicious for my husband, and our habenero hush puppy appetizer was amazing. We will definitely be returning!

I like short reviews. Here’s mine: Seated ourselves as directed by sign. I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and for a buck, and went with the Caesar salad over the fries. Loved my sandwich. 70% of what I count as important in any restaurant is whether the food hits the table hot or sits in the window to cool. This sandwich was hucking FOT! Like, had to blow on it a bit, even. I love when that happens. Being half Sicilian, I often fantasize about sneaking my own tube of anchovy paste and a couple finely chopped cloves of garlic into the joint. Although the salad was good, I am seriously considering living out my fantasy to make it great. Service was excellent. – Jacob OUT!

Went here for my girlfriend’s birthday. I had been here before and I knew the food was really good but the service was always hit and miss. I don’t know if our waitress woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but she was pissy and snarky with us the whole entire time. At the end she charged everyone 18% gratuity even though there were only six(yes SIX of us) there. When asked about this she said it was house policy. It was advertised no where on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant. I’m convinced she only charged it because she knew we weren’t going to tip her in the first place for her terrible service. Even though their food is great I’m never going to eat there again. It’s not worth it.

Nice spot. Great – efficient, friendly and unobtrusive service. Good food – good drinks. While I sit here. Let me also note the great music they are piping in. The Husband and I live in Silverton and are car shopping in town today. Negotiations got boring, stomach growled. Unilocal led us here and Liz(the Bartenderess) provided quality food and drink to smooth out the weekend business stress. We will come again when we venture into Beaver Country. Ooooooooooo!

Irish comes to Corvallis. I can’t think of a better place to drink a proper pint, sip a quality whiskey, conversate with witty folks(except you, Kelly Sullivan!), gaze fondly on a hurley stick, or listen to good music. And the roast beef po’ boy was one of the best I’ve ever had. Good craic!

Cloud and Kelly’s offers Irish food in a town where there is no other Irish restaurant; therefore they have some items you can’t find anywhere else in town. So, when you’re craving something different, this is a great place to stop. My husband would tell you his main stand-out is their Irish Breakfast, which includes, most distinctively, black and white pudding(that’s blood sausage and the blood-free version of blood sausage) among a cluster of other items. I’d say there is at least six different elements to that plate, so you get the variety, the chance to perhaps try something new, and overall a good bang for your buck. They do put their own spin on things; I’m not going to try to say this all traditional.(I have been to Ireland.) My favorite item they offer is their house-made corned beef hash. A big-plate-sized crispy square drizzled with horseradish cream and just a little bit of siracha. Another stand-out is their grilled ham and cheese made with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese. They can do most of the cocktails available at Downward Dog, so no complaints there. In the summertime Cloud and Kelly’s is a wonderful place to camp outside, drink delicious cocktails, and people-watch along the riverfront. Lastly, Cloud and Kelly’s is a commendable part of this community. They offer regular parties and live music acts so if you show up there at 10:00 on a Friday or a Saturday, something fun will be going on. I’ve booked a couple of shows to benefit charity: Dave, their booking buy, is a pleasure to work with and the people in charge of sound know what they’re doing. There are few venues for the local acts these days, so Cloud and Kelly’s has earned major brownie points with me for being the«go-to» for local bands.

Very friendly and helpful cute blonde server was the perfect balance of attentive without hovering. I appreciated the patio seating. Oyster shooters were great! I like the variety and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t hate the oyster itself! I had the 5-bean veggie burger, which I was hungry and excited to see. That ends the excitement, though, because without aioli the burger was quite bland. Maybe a better spice mix tossed into those beans? Housemade chips are AMAZING. Order them now! Sister grabbed the beet salad, which looked refreshing and was thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a sidecar and vodka soda. Vodka soda was weaker than I’d like, but I think that might be an industry standard combined with me being a spoiled lush. Kids menu is quite the deal– $ 5 includes milk, juice, or soda and fries or chips. There are at least 5 different offerings on the menu, too. Sad to say that the fries were gross, and they charge you $ 1 more if you sub them in an adult entrée. Skip those fries and stick with the chips. Dark and cool(a/c!) with tall pub seats and booths inside.
