Cycle Solutions

My wife and I had a couple of bikes that were in dire need of a tuneup and after checking around I found Cycle Solutions which was the closest bicycle repair shop to our home so I took a chance. The young man who received our bikes was very courteous and was completely agreeable when I mentioned that he could take his time but I asked if keeping our bikes until the following weekend would be alright. That was not a problem either. Before the week was over he called to ask if a certain part could be replaced because of rust and I told him to go ahead. They kept me informed and when they were ready to go they left a nice voice message which included their store hours. The total price seemed reasonable and I left with two perfectly functioning bikes and happy to have done business with them.

I was a little skeptical of a bike shop in a strip mall, especially with so many other good bike shops in downtown Corvallis. But Dan is very knowledgeable, gives great service, loves bikes and getting people on them, is a great asset to the biking community, and should be the first stop for anyone, whether a biking expert or novice, who is thinking about adopting bikes as a means of transportation, not just recreation.
