Einstein Bros Bagels

Mmmm really tasty bagels I love their lox bagel with capers and cream cheese. They also have delicious bagel poppers (donut holes but kinda healthier?) and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Major kudos to the girl working here today (Monday at 2pm). You made my experience here just that much better. Customer service was A++
I went in here today wanting a half dozen bagels. The nice girl pointed out that today a full bakers dozen would be the same price. So of course I went with that. I had mentioned freezing them since I can’t eat that many in a row. She told me they freeze very well and not to worry about them being soggy. That’s always good to hear. It was the middle of the afternoon so I figured some or maybe most bagels would be sold out. I asked if there were any more cinnamon raisin. She was kind enough to check in the back and brought out a whole tray of bagels. Getting them hot and fresh made my day. What made the experience so awesome was when I left and opened my box of goodies and sitting right on tip was some freezer bags. It’s this type of service that keeps people coming back.
If a manager is reading this, I ask that the kind young lady be recognized and let her know that her customer service is highly appreciated.

French Toast Egg Sandwich is the perfect thing if you’re tired of the same breakfast everyday. It’s a bagel with cream cheese & all the flavor of breakfast. Order at one counter and pay at the end. Paying can get crowded. The cashier is in a tight corner. It’s over five for this.
