Oh my god! It’s a breath of fresh air to get a freshly made sandwich on campus. They slice the meat when you order. Try the Italian and you won’t regret it.

Two of us went in to grab two subs today. The first, a regular #17 Jersey Mike’s Famous Philly and a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. The service was fine and the food as expected until. We got them back home and started eating them and found multiple chunks of bone in both subs, not just one. We were afraid we had broken our teeth on the bone chunks.

Great subs… Need more staff! Two people working lunch rushes during the semester just doesn’t work. I shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour for a sub sandwich. Second review… Due partially to my impatience and the struggles associated with establishing a new business, I gave jersey mikes in Corvallis 2 stars for the length of time it took for them to get their product to my belly. I was personally reached out to because of my Unilocal!review and have noticed a great improvement in the service since then at the Corvallis location. Still amazing subs! Keep it up…

The customer service of this establishment is out of this world. I previously wrote a bad review as I had a less-than-stellar experience here and the owner reached out to me not only with coupons, but with a hand-written letter. I’m extremely impressed! I was more than happy to give them a second chance and realized I must have come on an off day. The second time around I actually had a great sub. Must try the turkey and provolone with their house sauce, I believe they call it «Mikes way». If you’re craving a good sub sandwich look no further.

Nothing special about this place. I had gotten the chicken parm. It was absolutely absent of any and all flavor. The only good thing was they used real chicken, but it still lacked any kind of flavor. The sause was also completely missing any kind of taste. At best I would compare this to the highest quality food at the worst nursing home.

Best subs in town. Finally a meatball sub that tastes the way it’s supposed to. Texture of the meatballs is perfect. The bread they use is soft but hearty enough to hold up to sauce or the Mikes way treatment. The original Italian is east coast authentic and the best you can get around here. They don’t skimp on meats and cheeses. Also love the pastrami Rueben. The Philly cheese steak is definitely worth a try. Seasoning of the steak and their provolone are perfect.

Came in to try my first Jersey Mike’s sandwich using the coupon they sent out for free subs. The employees were very nice and cheery, and quickly made my toasted sub. It was good, and very cheesey. I think next time I will get a soda, because the flavor of the sandwich tastes like it really should go with a soda. I’d like a little less mayo on the sub, but I am not someone who likes mayo. It was quick, good, and easy. I think this place would be really hot with the late night crowd if they were open a little later.

I decided to give them a try today and picked up a grilled pastrami. It smelled good in the car and when I got home I was ready to maul that cheesy sucker. Just as I started to unwrap it I came across my first issue. The cheese had been placed on the top and when wrapped it had all cemented itself to the foil. Well shit, I wanna gobble this sucker down and here I am peeling cheese and meat flecks off the wrapper for five minutes first. Once peeled from it’s wrap I couldn’t help but notice it was a little weak on the toppings. Flavor was ok, even if the bread was a little chewy, but all in all just an ordinary sandwich in a town with tons of better options. Combine that with the fact this corporation muscled an established local business out of their lease and for me it’s a pass.

See my pic for the review too. Mike’s way sauce is way good. Glad this place opened, way better and more serious than subway and jimmy johns. Hope their ingredients are real — i think it should be.
