I have had a very similar experience at this radio shack with my phone and not getting serviced. They seem to be able to come up with strange circumstances in which they can get away with refusing to honor service plans or insurance– and when Sprint proves that it is their mistake they just ignore it. When things happen more than once you can bet it’s not a coincidence. There is someone out in front of the store right now who has ANOTHER similar story. Buyer beware at this place for sure!

I was very pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff. I bought a cell phone and an mp3 player and they went ahead and opened up and fiddled with both machines to make sure they worked properly. Saved me hours of time.
