Cannot advise against this place enough. I was left on hold for two hours while the doctors got lunch on the phone. I’ve called back every day for a quick question involving my test results– for the past week– and the receptionist keeps telling me the doctor will call back at her convenience. Furthermore, the doctor ignored my wishes when I wanted to stay on my birth control (ortho tri-cyclen lo, because I’m sensitive to hormones) and insisted on giving me a different brand with a high estrogen dose. They are rude, inconsiderate, and have no customer service to speak of. By far the most unprofessional hospital I’ve ever visited.
