Good service and all, but the food tastes like crap, is unhealthy, and overpriced. Go support one of the tasty authentic family owned Asian restaurants in town.

Our first visit to this restaurant was very positive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The sour dough bread was fantastic. hot an fresh. Our waiter, Luke, provided great service. The only negative was in the bar where several tables had dirty dishes on them.

It’s not a bad spot, but given how new it is there are definitely some kinks to work out. Service was hit or miss, from the host to the manager. Tell the host«one, in the bar please,» and he whisks you right past the half-full bar and into the dining room. Okay so I take myself back to the bar. Seated at the counter and upon noticing the dozen or so taps, I ask for a tap list. The(supposed) server brings me a menu. Great — I was going to need that soon but it doesn’t include any of the beers(at least not the local/rotatings). I start to order and he cuts me off saying the server will be with me soon. Okay. Server comes over and asks me what I’d like. I ask her what the darkest beer she has on tap is… And… Wait for it… She goes to ask the guy I just tried to order from. Lovely. Eventually I get a beer and get food ordered. Salad is meh– seems like it came out of a bag five minutes ago and had some rough dressing poured on top. Pasta is great, and the dessert is great, though both of those are served by a third person who seems really energetic(guessing the floor manager). I will later ask him for the bill and he says he’ll have my server come over. Finally get bill and get it paid. I’m not even really frustrated by all of this, I just found the entire ordeal laughable. I have never seen a restaurant staff so unsure of their roles and how to execute them, especially at a big chain restaurant where you’d assume there is some significant training component. Seriously– this one is all on the management for not getting their people to work together, to listen, or to even understand their jobs. So if you have plenty of free time and want to eat a mildly-ok dinner for reasonably cheap prices, and be entertained by the pathetic-ness of it all(while wondering if the joke’s on you) this should be your first stop. That being said — I’ll try it again the next time I’m in Corvallis and hopefully things will have improved.

My husband and I went here the first week they were open and again a couple of days ago. I don’t remember a ton about the first visit, nothing stood out as good or bad. This visit, we were seated quickly. It was a Wednesday evening around 7. They weren’t packed, but it wasn’t empty either. We started with the toasted ravioli, which I remember being much better the first time. Nothing wrong with it this time though. I had the chicken parm and my husband had some meat trio type of thing with spaghetti. The food was good, served pretty quickly, but not so quick that you felt like you had everything at once. It was spaced out fairly well. There’s nothing on the menu that stands out that you want to rave about, and definitely no wow factor. But it’s decent. Better than the Olive Garden. The service has been excellent both times. I’m impressed by that. Our servers have been attentive, knowledgable, and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints there. The bar menu is a tad boring, but not bad. None of there alcohol brands were ones I recognized. I like to drink, but I don’t venture much past brands I already enjoy. I had sangria and my husband had a sweet/fruity martini. Both were good. The meal was nothing spectacular, but I had no real complaints either. It’s not expensive and parking is no problem. I’m sure we will go back again.

The worst food of the 1980’s is back! What is the point of this place? Ever since Iovino’s and then Terzo closed, Corvallis has been desperate for an actual Italian restaurant staffed by people who know how to cook and have actually eaten in Italy. This place just heats up junk.

The food is better than average. I personally prefer the Spaghetti Warehouse, but as there aren’t any close by, this is a great second choice. The food is always warm and tastes great, and my wife loves the meat sauce. I rather like their Alfredo. However, this place doesn’t have that one ‘WOW’ dish that you must order, which is unfortunate(to be fair, it seems to be a problem with the restaurants in this area– good to great, but never excellent). I bring the family in for lunch every once in a while, and I am always seated quickly and my order has always been brought quickly. The staff always seem to be happy and have smiles. I highly recommend this place!

The hostess sat us near a large children’s birthday party. Noticing many vacant tables I said can we sit by the window away from the party. She snapped NO none available. But the people behind us were seated in those seats. The waitress was very rude and rushy never came and refreshed coffee the food was pretty pathetic my husband ordered the garlic shrimp Alfredo it was a plated of fettuccini noodles with Alfredo sauce plain with 6 cold shrimp arraigned in a circle not sautéed no garlic nothing. I received dry ravioli had to ask for sauce. Overall not worth the $ 48 we spent. I will never go back.

The food at The Old Spaghetti Factory is mediocre, but this place is redeemed by the value and service it has to offer. First, the service here is very fast. My friend and I were immediately seated, and our waiter immediately took our orders. Within 5 minutes, our food arrived! I ordered their mushroom sauce pasta, which was an excellent deal. For under $ 8, I received pasta, a salad, and warm bread! Unfortunately though, the pasta could’ve been much better. The sauce didn’t really add that much flavor to the pasta, and essentially, I could’ve made the same dish at home with canned sauce. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for fine dining. However, if you want a quick and cheap decent meal, this is your place!

Service was good and it’s fairly cheap pasta, but it tastes worse than Chef Boyardee! Pretty unbelievable that restaurant-style pasta can be worse than pasta that comes in a can. Service was decent though, and it’s good for groups.

Sat in the bar, service was good. Calamari was average, a little too much breading. Pasta was average. But good for the price. But again the service was good.

Ate here for lunch and it was delicious! The salad was served with in a super-chilled bowl which was a nice touch. The bread before the meal was nice and soft. The spaghetti(rich meat sauce + Alfredo sauce; just ask) was delicious and generously portioned. Our server was friendly and attentive. No complaints!

We LOVE the Old Spaghetti Factory. We have visited quite a few of them in the Northwest. This one is no different, unique older building with style on the waterfront with a beautiful view. Service was good and the food was excellent. Just with they would open one in Salem!

For a restaurant that specializes in noodles, they were not very impressive, but everything else was great! Please visit my blog for further details and more photos!

Terrible. The mizithr noodles were a congealed, flavorless lump. The chicken Marsala had a disgusting sauce. The server forgot our forks after serving our pitiful salad for 10 minutes; even after reminding him, he only remembered when he delivered our main dishes. The only bright side was the ice cream :/ I hope they move out of the Terminal space soon, such a waste!

Living in Portland, The Old Spaghetti Factory is a really great place to be. The food is extremely fast and the workers are extremely friendly and on top of everything. I can’t say the same for the location in Corvallis. The first time I went here, it was 2 days after it had opened so I tried to cut them some slack when I went for my birthday dinner. They were extremely slow and the food was bad. One of my friends said that the chicken she had ordered tasted like somebody microwaved it. Ew. I had thought when I came to a friend’s birthday dinner here 5 months later, they would have it together; I was wrong. The food itself was fine, but the customer service needs to be fixed, and fast. I think the workers need to take a trip up to the Portland location and see how the restaurant is suppose to run. The service again was extremely slow. The servers and hosts seemed clueless on tables available and wait times and just customer service in general. When I came in to put my name down for 9 people at first, the hosts just stared at me like I was speaking Italian. I literally had to ask them«So, can you put my name down on a list? How long do I have to wait?» I was told 4 different times I would be seated before I was actually seated with my party. It was just a confusing moment that really shouldn’t have even been an issue. It was a nice try Corvallis, and we all appreciate the effort, but seriously step it up. I love this place in Portland and I wish I could say the same here.

I don’t typically write reviews for corporate restaurants. Food is predictable, décor is unoriginal, whatever. Pretty much how I felt about the Old Spaghetti Factory in Corvallis. I left full and satisfied, but nothing life-changing or particularly notable. However, I wanted to give huge thanks to our great server, Priscilla. We showed up with a large group — booked for 10, 4 showed up on time, and a total of 7 showed up eventually. She didn’t mind that we had a smaller group. We were also difficult with lots of weird food allergies and people asking for substitutions. Also, when my extended family gets together, they tend to… joke around. Priscilla took all of this in stride and didn’t seem to mind how annoying and weird we were. She was an absolute A+ server and made our time there great! Thanks!

Woof, is all I can say, This is supposed to be Italian? The only reason I am giving this two stars is the wait staff, were very attentive and timely.. Other than that,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.WOOF,…quality of the ingredients is poor. Minestrone soup, Yuck, tastes like it came out of can. Poorly made with mostly pasta and too much oil. A good minestrone will have real tomatoes and some real vegetables in it, not just Lima and garbanzo beans. Ceaser salad, the lettuce was fresh, but where did they get that dressing? Horrible. Chicken Marsala, mushrooms came out of a can, chicken is ok, but that is not a Marsala sauce, No way. Way too much oil. My recommendation is to find new recipes…

Came here after the Civil War game and sat in the bar lounge area, which is was comfortable & spacious. There were 3TV’s playing various football games. I’ve been to other Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants, so I knew what to expect in terms of the food, which was consistent with the other locations I’ve been to. The service was fast & friendly. The one thing I really liked is that it had OSU Beaver memorabilia all over the restaurant!
