Today my father brought his lawnmower into your shop for some work. A store employee walked out, looked at the mower in the back of the pickup, and told my father to take it home and fix it himself because the shop didn’t have time to work on it. My father had been buying chainsaws, blades, and parts and having work done at Willamette Saw for over 30 years and now they turn into dicks.

Excellent customer service and the people were very nice. My brush cutter had been making an odd noise and they had the problem diagnosed and solved in no time. They also pointed me in the direction of some great line.
I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
