Decent stock and what they don’t have, they can order with a quick turnaround.
The trouble is that the service tends to be a bit spotty. It’s a crap shoot whether the dude you approach to ask about a part or a tool is going to smile and politely direct you to the item or grumble at you whilst dragging his enormous attitude with him down the aisle.
