Comfort Inn Corydon

This comfort inn is very clean. There’s free breakfast and wi-​fi, A fitness center and a friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We rented their hall for our wedding reception and a couple of rooms for the bride and her party. Because of weather we decided to stay another night. The staff there were wonderful. They met every need and even a few wants that we had. The price is too cheap for the level of service that we received. Also the breakfast was very nice!

Stopped here after being «done» driving for the day on a VA to NE trip. We were having trouble finding nearby hotels on our phones, then we saw a sign on the side of the road for a comfort inn with breakfast and wifi ad decided to give it a shot. Night desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. Everything seemed newer/​updated. Room was a king sized bed that was comfortable and clean with fridge, coffee, and microwave. Bathroom was clean. Carpet was clean. Breakfast was hot and there were plenty of food options. Small gym. Pool closed for the season. Shopping and food nearby. They do take pets. Appeared that other travelers and some blue collar professional types stayed as well. Safe location. I would definitely stay here again for a night.

Nice place with a friendly staff. Room had a large plasma screen with any channels you wanted. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower did not drain well (backed up almost immediately), and two dirty washcloths were hanging from the shower when we arrived — desk staff were accommodating and apologized for this inconvenience. Breakfast had hot and cold options that all tasted good. Hotel accepted our small dog. Would stay here again.

Reasonably priced, clean room. A plus is that I was able to take my small dog. The breakfast was good although the coffee was not fresh and the orange juice was watery. Minor issues and the staff resolved them quickly. This was my second stay here and probably will stay again when I’m in town.

Basically, you get what you paid for. Unfortunately, we were there over Derby weekend and paid WAY too much. That being said, I heard many others at the race describe their higher priced hotels as «disgusting». Comfort Inn was a little on the worn side, but clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here, especially on Derby weekend, when you can shave a few hundred off of your bill and still be a reasonable distance from the action.
