Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning

My Aunt and Uncle hired this company to come clean thier carpet. There were no stains, just darker paths in the high traffic areas. After the man left they inspected the carpet and it looked NO different. Yes, they should have done that before paying but when someone tells my uncle he’s going to do something, he believes they will. After two days of my Aunt cleaning her carpets by hand I told them they needed to call this man and see what he was willing to do to make it right. His wife answered his phone, my Aunt told her how unhappy they were, and the wife said the man would call them that night. Four days later and still no call. So not only is the service horrible, they are not even willing to back up the company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee. Just so everyone knows… this is not a deep cleaning. I don’t know what buffing surface dirt off the top of carpet is supposed to accomplish but I doubt it helps with allergens and I know it doesn’t do anything to high traffic dirt. Do not use this franchise and I would hesitate to use this company.
