I had been with this bank literally since I was born. When I moved to California, I kept the account open even though there are no banks out here. I kept a $ 17 balance, and mostly kept it around so my dad and I could exchange money in my hometown. One day, they decided to hit me with a $ 5 minimum balance fee. That they wouldn’t waive. Good job, jackasses. You lost a 24 year customer by being obstinate about $ 5.
