I’d give these swindlers negative stars if I could.
Unprofessional property management run out of some weirdos dog kennel of a house in Costa Mesa.
Very shady from the beginning and in the end we ended up taking them to court when they stole our security deposit, and we won in court.
Far more reputable «businesses» you could hire to manage your income properties.
Do not recommend, and buyer beware if you cross Aladdin Property Management in Orange County.

The most unprofessional property management I have ever ran across. I do not understand why any property owner would even consider hiring Donna Shelton of Aladdin Property Management. I rented a house in Huntington Beach for almost 2 years for $ 2100 a month. We were never late on payment, perfect renters. First of all she was late to show the house to prospective renters. There was a dirty ashtray in one of the rooms that had left over furniture. She set up appointments with me on her terms of date and time. I took a day off from work to meet her schedule and she doesn’t even show up or call. Unbelievable! As far as repairs… good luck! She has no follow through if she makes any initiative at all. Then when we moved out she did not send us our security deposit. She lied about mailing it to us and just kept saying it was in the mail. Finally after waiting over 30 days, we had to drive to her house to pick it up. The deposit was $ 400 less than the $ 2100 deposit with no reason for the deduction as required by the California Tenant Law.
