My experience so far has not been good — continual delays and excuses by Matt Devich for not completing pool build project that is currently over two months behind schedule. Based on my current dealings with Matt Devich and the significant delayed state of the project completion progress I cannot recommend doing business with Alfresco Creations.
As of the latest, Matt has identified that it could be months before he can have plaster applied and pool complete, therefore I have filed a complaint with the California State License Board.
Update 5÷28÷2016: After filing a complaint with the California State License Board, Matt Devich was required to stop using the license he had been using which was not his own but that of another contractor. Matt Devich turned to making threats and has done physical damage/​destruction to my property because of my unfavorable review posting and the California State License Board actions resulting from my complaint filing. I strongly recommend that you stay away from any considered dealings with this business.
