First time I’ve ever left a review on Unilocal but felt compelled to do so. Scott & his team are great. Windows were ordered and installed in less than 3 weeks! I didn’t believe Scott when he said the windows would be ready in 5 – 10 days, but sure enough, they were. The service was excellent and the windows are great. We had the windows installed in my mother’s residence in Laguna Woods. There are a few extra hoops you have to jump through when installing in LW & Scott handled it all with no problems. I’ve had horrible experiences with other window companies in OC. I’m so happy I found an honest, reliable window company to use.

Usually I don’t leave a feedback. Scott and his team are awesome to depend on. Always responded to my calls never missed single call and completed job on time and all new windows looks great. Awesome customer service… When we found small issue with Patio door after install, they responded quickly on single call and sent technician.
