It’s pretty good, but guys… it’s ice cream. 6.75 for a banana split? Get over yourselves.

A lot of gourmet ice cream options now for the same price. We came here and it was just bad. The ice cream was bad and the cone was bad.

Drive up and the two employees that work here are out front smoking. Gross. We left without food.

Best customer service ever! Two girls working there at around 7:45 pm are super nice and helpful! Best ice cream ever!

Had the nutty coconut the taste was average. We were five people had a good time. The service was good. Most people we saw were trying the samples to see if the ice cream was fresh or not.

Avoid this ice cream by all means… Over priced ice cream. .3.29 for a single scoop !!! Really?
I rather go to Rite Aid ! Or Cold Stone at least…

I really like brownie sundaes but this one I could have done without. The girl working was doing an alright job up until the chocolate sauce. As she was putting it on a few drops got on her hand and she licked it off while she was making it. Pretty bad but whatever I didn’t mind too much. Then after that she was having trouble getting the whip cream out of the canister and once she got it to spray she was slowly spreading it around and I just watched her finger get buried in my sundae. She saw me notice so she apologized, and then handed it to me. Thanks? Lol. Once I got in the car I quickly scraped off the finger cream and the rest was history. 2 stars for effort.

The ice cream is average. The prices are a bit high for their sundaes,
But what is HORRIBLE is the customer service (especially the horrible red headed girl!)
She proceeded to yell at me in front of other guest and was clueless on how to do her job

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went in for ice cream on Saturday night with my boyfriend. There was a long line and of the 2 employees, one was visibly flustered, yelling at customers, and being overall rude to everyone there. She refused to honor our coupon, claiming that one of the items we had purchased was an excluded item on the coupon. However, it was not. She yelled across the counter at us saying «NO, UH UH, NO, you cannot use this.» She came up to the register and stuck her finger in our faces and said that the item we ordered was considered a different kind of item. Went we looked up at the menu, it was not listed in the category that she had indicated. She refused to honor the coupon and we ended up paying full price. Not to mention, the 2 sundaes were the exact same price of $ 5.99. Umm, I am pretty sure if I was trying to get one over on this place that I would have ordered something of a higher value?
The worst part was the humiliation of her yelling at me, sticking her finger in my face and I am 8 months pregnant. I will never go to this location again. Cold Stone is just as close and they ALWAYS honor the coupons that THEIR organization puts out.

Where do I start? Popped in on a Saturday night for a quick ice cream fix with my fiancé. Our poor experience started as soon as we walked through the door. After making our selection the cashier attempted to pressure upsell us and ended up charging extra for cones without asking us.
I need my Baskin Robins fix as much as the next guy but would recommend avoiding this location if you can.

I went into this Baskin-​Robbins to order a birthday cake for my 7 year old brother’s birthday. I ordered a photo ice-​cream cake, and it was totally last minute on my part, the party was the next day (They need a few days notice). The woman who took my order was Hispanic and English was her second language. Her english was good, but I was worried that something may get lost in translation. After negotiating and begging a little to get them to take on my order they agreed to have the cake done by the next day at noon (they didn’t want to take my order because they weren’t 100% sure they could have it done on time, they literally said they didn’t want any bad Unilocal reviews lol). They had the cake finished early and it was perfect, they even had it frozen extra hard for us so we could display it at the party. I was so stoked. I was expecting a crappy, last minute job, but it was everything I expected, if not better. It totally made the party! Everyone loved it, it looked great and it was delicious. We ordered a full sheet, Cookies & Cream Ice Cream with White cake, it tasted like an Oreo McFlurry.
They’re getting 5 stars for stellar customer service and their delicious/​perfect ice cream cake that was custom made in less than 12 hrs notice.

Baskin Robbins give you a free 2.5oz scoop during the week of your bday. Simply signup on their website and they will email you a coupon 5 days before your bday!
Came to this location and got my free scoop! Staff was very friendly and let me try as many flavors as I want. Yeah!

Really this review is for all Baskin Robins, oh how I love thee peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. I had to stop going when they had their pint specials because I would always have to buy two, oh how I want to go there now. I have loved this ice cream since I was a kid, and will almost give a limb for their sundaes! I’ve tried a lot of other ice-​cream and nothing beats it!

This Baskin Robbins is the closest to my house. But my husband hated it because it was really dirty. He used to make us drive like 20 minutes to a cleaner one. BUT… they recently remodeled it! It is cleaner. It is staffed with pretty mean Latina teenagers who don’t like Newport Beach housewives asking a lot of questions.
They seem to run out of cakes pretty often.
