Tahnya is great. I buy a lot of alcohol here for a lot of the parties I host at my house. The keg pricing is great as well.

When ever I am here I try to go in when Tahnya is working and I try to not go in when the short guy with a Napoleanic complex is on duty. She is very enthusiastic about her job. I work in this hospitality industry and own a mobile bartending company and her level of service and product is very good, … They are lucky to have her here because she has the potential work at a much nicer place… but hey that money is probably going toward Shareholder Dividends and CEO salaries, stock options, and other benefits and we all know how much value that will bring me as a consumer. Don’t take my word for it… look at what employees say about this corporation: But ya when I am not supporting local liquor businesses… Bevmo has these cool buy 1 get the 2nd one for $.05 sales and their inventory selection is pretty good. They aren’t always exclusive for these privately labelled brands(when a winery/brewery/distillery creates a specific brand just to be sold in that specific corporate store) Bevmo pushes on their shelves. So there are actually some stellar deals to be had here.

Great selection of beer and wine. Though I stopped by for a specific product(MoJo Aqua) and they only had 8 and not all of them worked(lite up water). But I also picked up a few beers for later. It was hard to pick which ones due to the amount there were to pick from. Need these in Vegas

Store has a huge selection which is cool except for this Bevmo worker named Lizzie. Rude and looks like she hates her job.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here on the weekend to pick up a few drinks before a concert nearby. And they had exactly what we came here for… A few drinks! Lol We discovered a product called Pocket shots. Omgerrrd. Best thing ever! I wish I had a pictire to share but they were genius. They were individually packaged 50 ml shots! They had rum, vodka and a whiskey of some type. The alcohol itself was of a generic brand but hey it did the job! And the convenience was amazing. We were able to sneak it in our pockets into the event. So cool! Haha The actual bevmo itself is really nice. Located in a semi fancy strip mall. The employees were very helpful and suggestive when looking for some goodies. I’d definitely go back again(If in the area) !

I was wondering around using an app to check different wines when one of their employees came over and offered his assistance. I told him the type of wines I was looking for and he walked me all around the store recommending different wines and pointing out ones that were on the buy one get a second for 5 cents sale. All the wines he recommended turned out great! Awesome customer service.

Didn’t update their holiday hours so by the time I went in for Bourbon County they were out. Awesome, thanks!

My Go-To shop for Booze ! Great selection and repeated specials. Use your Bev-Mo card to get great prices. Only negative: I wish they opened earlier to make it more convenient when I have a very busy Friday.

Not the best pricing on liquor but definitely one of the biggest selections. I go here if I am looking for something not normally carried in normal grocery chains. If pricing were lower on hard liquor bevmo would become part of the routine.

BevMo is a great option for Beer, wine and alcohol in Irvine! No, you cannot find Pliny The Elder here. Keep looking. That said, just about every other Craft Brew worth noting is available along with tons of American, European, Asian and even Russian beer. The selection is truly astounding and you would be hard pressed to not find what you are looking for. If you are looking for domestic macro-garbage, they have you covered as well. The wine and liquor sections are robust in offerings. The store is kept in immaculate condition and the staff are all quite friendly. OCWM is my number one stop for Craft Beer, the BevMo is a great second option!

From the website: «Our weekend tastings feature wine, beer, & more! Friday 4−7pm & Saturday 2−5pm.» I was in the neighborhood, so I figured, «Why not?» Why not, indeed? They had three beers and five wines to sample, and they’re pretty generous about letting you try them all. Some folks make a point of coming here every Friday. They have cheese and crackers, too. Basically, this is a free happy hour with some friendly people. I can’t afford not to do this! I also had a game plan afterward. I was going to see which wines recommended by were on the 5 Cent Sale. I wasn’t able to find a particular chardonnay. Fortunately, a sales associate asked if I needed help, and was able to find the last bottle for me. They even sold it to me for half price(because they couldn’t find another bottle to sell to me for five cents). That’s service! I have to tell you something, though. The Thumbs Up Wine guys warned me that the effective prices during the 5 Cent Sale are about the same as what you would pay normally at other stores. OK, so I got that chardonnay for five bucks. What would I have paid at Hi-Time? Seven. Exactly what Thumbs Up Wine says the average retail price is. OK, so I saved two bucks and I got to sample beers and wines for free. I call that a productive Friday evening. Do some online research before you come, and make sure you come by at Happy Hour. Whatever you do, don’t pay full price.

This is a pretty much a standard bevmo. It’s an average size with a little bit smaller quantity of choices to pick from. The only beef that I have anywhere else in California this place closes at 10 o’clock but the ones in orange county close at 9PM.

I’m giving it 3 stars simply because it looked like there was only 1 employee working which was also the cashier. The brew selection is awesome though… LAGUNITAS !!!

Miami Vice pre-shots love it, these are a pack of four shot glasses with a combination on each side as seen in the photo. Plus how can you beat an amazing deal like buying a nice bottle of wine and getting the second one for a nickel! BOOM! Not only that but they also have tons of munchies to choose from. You do have to sign up for their membership, but it doesn’t cost anything at all.

Selection is awesome for beer, wine and liquor but pricey. I come here only when I know I can only find certain products at BevMo. Other than that, Trader J’s is better and cheaper when it comes to buying imported beers. If you want a bottle or a bottle gift box for a special occasion this is the place.

«Look at that guy over there… it’s like Supermarket Sweep up in this BevMo for him!» — Brittany P. This BevMo always has interesting folks roaming around, like the one described in the quote above. You’ve got your OC bros, your little yoga pretties, your alcoholics… you see it all. I love BevMo for their 5 cent wine sales. They have several staff members who I really dislike, though. How about not correcting the cashier right in front of me and waiting until I leave? Is it really necessary to rudely tell him to give boxes and not bags when people buy a certain amount of bottles? I would rather have BAGS, so mind your own business, wanna-be-boss! Also, how about NOT escorting a customer to the section directly in front of me when I’m trying to find some wine? Am I not a paying customer too? SHEESH!

They have a huge selection of beer and the choices seem endless. There are both local and imported beer. It’s not the cheapest around, but it offers plenty of choices. I purchased anything from ale, lager, mana wheat, German imports just to offer variety for my house guests. I like how they have flavor descriptions for their beer and it’s helpful for someone like me, who don’t drink beer or know the first thing about beer. I didn’t venture too much into the wine section, but it’s really just a big warehouse with a whole mess of alcoholic drinks. They have accessories, glasses and whatnot, so it can be a one stop shop for grown up drinks. You don’t get much help here, so know what you’re shopping and looking for.

BevMo is well laid out, full of amazing alcohol choices, and pretty much always providing some sort of sale on a lot of their wines. I usually have some difficulty tracking down a staff member to help me with wine choices, but if I can find one, they are very helpful! I come here quite often, and always leave with some wonderful beverages. Their reviews and descriptions are usually pretty spot on. If I am itchin’ for some drankin’, there is a good chance you’ll probably find me here. 4 Stars.
