The lady who helped me today was very kind and had a lovely genuine smile. She acknowledged the special month of Ramadan that I was celebrating. She truly made my little shopping experience memorable. Thank you! I will be coming back for more pieces.

I had an exceptional shopping experience at my last visit at the Bvlgari Boutique, South Coast Plaza location. Purchasing 3 special order Bzero1 rings from Jacqueline was a treat & assisted by Nicole on another visit when I also picked up the beautiful (& heavy) 18K Bzero1 bangle bracelet as a gift. Both women oozing professionalism, knowledge and class as they attended me in a very ‘high-​touch’ manner. This beautiful, relaxed store stands out against many others and the service was indeed memorable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with Karmen. I wanted to surprise my wife with her «dream» watch and asked Karmen to assist me in surprising my wife for our anniversary. I spoke with her on the telephone prior to our visit and arranged for her to slip a congratulatory note with the watch when my wife asked to try it on. It was a true surprise for my wife when she read the attached note and realized she was actually the proud owner of her new watch. Karmen was a great sport and played along with the surprise despite feeling bad about deceiving my wife initially. Thanks for the great service and your patience.

Beautiful store with friendly, unpretentious and helpful staff.
Walked in to look at the watch that I saw in a magazine while overseas. The sales person was very very nice and spent quite some time explaining what was so special about the watch. A very positive experience indeed.

Last time I got jewelry here was probably close to 10 years ago. I did buy a pair of sunglasses for a gift a few months ago and the service was as professional and courteous then as it was 10 years ago.
I love to give their grain leather men’s wallets as gifts. I haven’t see too many men’s wallets with a coin pouch that is unobtrusive but Bvlgari achieves this. Also, the leather is very durable and scratch resistant.

Horrible horrible I wouldn’t go to this location ever again (south coast plaza).I’ve bought several of their pieces over the years and had bought a bracelet that needed sized to fit my wrist. A sales girl told me that they could only remove links from the ends of the bracelet… which would have ruined the symmetry of the bracelet… After having some angst over what to do the sales girls told my mother that I shouldnt stress «it’s only a bracelet» … I love it I am sure Bvlgari would love that comment after spending millions on branding! Anyways, I worked in Beverly hills so I went to the Bvlgari store there and they were able to size it and several other bracelets correctly… finally be prepared to be profiled at the front door… if you don’t look like you have lots of money they aren’t going to give you the time of day… Bottom line shop at Hermes!

Their cologne is nice. Much better then other high end brand. Only of you willing to pay that much though. For me, I like to smell my best lol. Maybe I’ll come here to buy a ring next. Their design is quite elegant.

Look for Nichole pretty blonde haired lady with the gorgeous belgin accent. Both informative and kind!
