C3 Vapors And Coffee Shop

Everything about this shop it awesome. Coffee is great but the guys and the service they provide is perfect. Eric, Stu, and Landon provided great knowledge and the up most kindness while listening to me needs. I stopped in a shop before stopping their and I’m glad I was open minded to check out C3 before I bought anything. They got me out the door $ 50 cheaper and with way more equipment and flavors. A+ service all around and I will be shopping there for everything I need. Thanks guys !

This has been my go to Vape Shop since before they built the coffee shop and I don’t like to go anywhere else.
Very knowledgable staff who are always able to help you find what ever Juice, mod, tank or dripper you need and help find what will work best to make your vaping experience awesome
Prices are very reasonable, I’ve found few places cheaper. With the loyalty perks through five star and the sales and promos it’s by far the best place to buy all your vape juices and equipment.
Coffee shop is awesome and now a days it’s hard to find a place to chill and enjoy a vape while relaxing and enjoying a coffee indoors. The fact that they support recovery is also a plus. Really feel thay are paying it forward and are not just in it for the profits but want to genuinely help new vapers and veterans alike. All the staff seems to enjoy what they do. It’s always a fun atmosphere with good vibes all around.
Smoking is dead, vaping is the new cool, and in my opinion a much healthier choice; and it smells a heck of a lot better. Highly recommend C3 Vapors.

First time visit and loved the exoerience! Stuart helped us. He has a super patient style and explained everything so well! Great products, fun flavors and he fixed everything so well! And they have AA Meetings!!!

This place sucks. The girl who worked in the coffee shop was the only nice person in the building. Just terrible customer service. Didn’t seem happy at all and looked like the wanted to commit suicide. Would not recommend this place not of ton of juices either. Would gladly go drive the extra 30 minutes to go to vape street in Artesia anyday.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars… The people in there are the most unfriendly and rude. They obviously have zero people skills. Right when I walked in I totally felt hated like they didn’t even want my business. I went in there today to buy a full new setup I was planning on spending 300+ but they did not deserve my money or time at all. I really hope this place goes out of business because they deserve it. Please don’t go there. Head to vapor labs or break time vape or anywhere but here. I hope they see this. I’ve never wrote this bad of a review in my life and I’ve wrote a lot of reviews. I absolutely hate this place with a passion I’m never ever ever gonna let anybody i know go there. And the coffee is awful! DO NOT GO HERE

This place is very clean and the staff here are very personable. Cool place to get coffee and your Vape juice. I got a coffee and the girl there named Stephanie made a really good latte for me. 5 stars! Thanks Stephanie!

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to. The owner (Shane I think is his name) is super nice and very knowledgable about the products that he sells. Every flavor was good and the prices are good. We were stoping in on our way home from the beach but I would drive out here again just to go to this shop. Thank you so much for your help!

I wasn’t going to bother writing this review unless this happened again, but upon having some time to ruminate over it, I just wasn’t able to let this one go.
I’ve been a regular customer here over the years, before and after the remodel/​rename. I’ve bought multiple mods here and at this point, probably gallons of liquid.
That being said, my experience last night really chapped my ass.
I walked in at about 7pm and there was one guy behind the counter rebuilding someone’s atomizer. He is a male probably in his early 40s. I’ve gotten used to an odd customer service tactic that is pretty much exclusive to vape shops — no one greets you when you walk in. Luckily for this location, and why it hasn’t made me just decide to go somewhere else, they usually have 2 people behind the counter so at least one is available to help me and the other people waiting in line.
This night however, it was the last man standing helping out. I walk in, no one says anything to me which is fine because I know that rebuilds take quite a bit of concentration. That’s when it starts to get weird…
Him finishing the build takes about 10 minutes, which isn’t a big deal but when you’re sitting there not sure what you’re supposed to be doing with no one greeting me (and waiting for someone to just take my money) feels like an eternity. He wraps up and the other guy pays. I wait another five minutes while he fiddles with his tools and I ask «am I able to buy juice from you?» I ask this because he hasn’t made eye contact with me since I’ve been standing there. My assumption is maybe, for whatever reason, he’s unable to run the credit card machine.
The response I get «well, I’m the only one working here». Well fuck me right? «Give me a minute» — he fiddles with his stuff some more then gets up to help me out.
Look, I’ve worked in customer service most of my life — I may have come off as an asshole to you but that’s part of the deal, you suck it up and do your best to be pleasant. I think because of my time in the service industry I try to approach my «compatriots» with a certain level of respect. The whole thing just put a shitty taste in my mouth and frankly I probably won’t be back.

Grabbed some juice with Karyn! C3 goes above and beyond with customer service. We ran into employees locking up for the evening. Even though they were closed at 10, we were let inside to buy some juice and test flavors. Check out this cool shop! Found out they’re open at 7am for coffee and vaping. SWEETNESS!!!

I came accross C3 Vapor shop when I needed a new tank to fit my COV mini-​volt because the glass had broke. Trying to find replacement glass was a nightmare so my only option was to buy a new tank. I did not have high expectations of finding a tank that evening BUT, I was pleasantly suprised when I met Matt. The shop was super busy, but Matt showed me several tanks that would work for me. I also like big clouds, but never understood the importance of coil ohms versus the airflow, and watts, etc… Matt took the time to not only explain in detail all of this, he had demo tanks I could try, before you buy. The customer service at C3 Vapors was exceptional! This is the only shop I will go to from now on, and I will tell all my clients about them too! Matt also turned me on to my new favorite juice, «Skadi «by Elysian Elixirs. Then when I went to pay, I remembered seeing a $ 75 for $ 50 deal on their Unilocal page. I was having problems trying to get it to process from my I-​phone, & then Saturn helped me get it to work.
One more thing. The next day I was having problems with the wattage settings on my box mod and i burnt out my coil. So, I went back to C3 Vapors and Matt was so patient with me and helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Ive been a cloud puffin’ happy-​camper ever since!!!

Amazing juice, ALWAYS great deals, today I got 2 30 ML for $ 35, employees are wonderful, Shane is always extremely helpful. Definitely the place to go.

I shop here often and always receive the best service from Matt. He is knowledgable and will point you in the right direction for your vaping needs. Matt always makes suggestions as to new flavors that he thinks I might enjoy.
I always have a good experience at C3 Vapors and will remain a loyal customer.

Amazing and top of the line service. I had called in and today being Easter, they were about to close and Shane, the gentleman had said he’d wait for us to come by. Got there and he helped me and I left with 2 amazing juices I am satisfied with and he had supported me with it all. Amazing hospitality. Thank you very much Shane!

This place is amazing! Coffee and Vape! The coffee bar is really cool and there is lots of seating (and comfy seats too) they have stumptown coffee which is really yummy!!! And they also have boba, smoothie’s and tea! They have a wide selection of juices and mods and the staff and really helpful (I know nothing about Vaping) but they helped me to understand what I was buying as well as helping me pick the prefect flavor of juice! If your looking for a place to hang out for a few hours or just need a quick cotton change I would highly recommend this place!

changing my review from 5 stars to one because the new management is absolutely horrible. They let go of some awesome staff only to hire staff that has no idea what they are doing. i do NOT reccomend this place.
I also bought a vape here that BROKE within the first week and they wouldnt give me a refund or any help whatsoever. very rude. will be going to other vape stores.
their coffee gives me a stomach ache also.

Shane gave me a call a while back about my review. He apologized and ensured me that since then he has made major changes and has been working on new products, drinks, and more while providing fast internet so people can get work done. I was grateful that Shane approached me and explained to me. He even told me to come by and see the new changes and I should let him know I was coming.
But today I came in without contacting him because I didn’t want to trouble him. I came in with an open minded, letting go of what happened in my last two reviews.
I was there less than three hours. I went there to go get some work done at a place that provides good drinks and fast internet like I was told. But when I arrived, once again it was a bit stuffy. A little ac wouldn’t hurt anyone or at least leaving the door open or anything that would allow fresh air to enter. Back to the point, I came in and I was disappointed with the fact that there was no available outlets near the tables but I let it go. I tried to go order and I was looking for the menu, but I was told there was no physical copy only the menu slides that were constantly changing on the TV behind her. It literally took me at least 5 minutes to look at the menu. Luckily she paused it finally to let me see the slide. Finally when I ordered a smart matcha tea and my friend ordered milk tea with mango boba. It took about 20 minutes with no one customers there to make our drink. I don’t blame her because in the end I was told that the owner was busy doing paper work and she needed his help to make my drink. After 20 minutes, my friend finally got her drink. But instead of a milk tea it was a mango smoothie. We were confused, but luckily it was good at least. Finally, after my friend got her drink and I realized that the owner isn’t coming anytime soon I decided to change my drink.
I’m going to cut this because Unilocal has a restriction on word count and this is my second time trying to condense this.
WARNING to other customers:
–The air is quite stuffy, and there isn’t a lot of outlets available near the table unless you want to be near the entrance.
–Menu is hard to read on a TV, so if you can’t read fast just quit. If you are in a rush don’t come, because if you order something that the barista doesn’t know how to make you will have to wait for the inconsiderate owner to come out when he pleases.
–The internet sucks, I couldn’t even go on Pandora or Facebook messenger because it was too slow even when there was no one there.
–If there is a cloud comp, or an event or anything else going on, you will feel like shit especially when they are giving you the feeling that you don’t belong and you are in the way of their competition.
Overall I am quite amazed and I feel so stupid for believing this «Shane» person. I was told that it was better than the first time and major changes happened and if this is it, then damn it must have been worst than what I had thought. Do not dare lie again and claim that there was so many people there.
I came in today hoping that I could revise my review and at least give them 3 stars because how «Shane» fixed the problem with me. But I was wrong and even more disappointed then the first, because now I know how the vape side and the coffee shop is on its own as well. I guess he only told me what I wanted to hear.
Tip for the owner and the company– Get it together. If you want to be a coffee shop and a vape shop, you should at least have good products and a really good customer service on both side. Not a crappy coffee shop and a rude vape shop. You guys have such a nice set up, but how it’s being run is sad.

The atmosphere is clean, fun and friendly upon walking in. It has a very sleek modern feel. The coffee bar is the first thing you see and all of their coffee drinks are delectable from the cold brew to the Golden ticket. Amazing coffee! Next the vape room is perfect to sample all the flavors of juice you could desire! The selection is incredible! Apple butter and peach cobbler are among my favorite juices. The staff and owner are extremely helpful and attentive. It’s an overall great place to hang out not just a vape shop. Make sure to stop by when you are in the area.

C3 Vapors is by far the best shop I’ve been to. The prices and selection are great.
The customer service is amazing. I am extremely picky with flavors, and staff member Matt is always kind, patient and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure I find a flavor I like and will always make numerous suggestions to help. All the staff are super friendly and the coffee shop is great. I love the teas as well. I recommend every one I know to go to C3 Vapors!

This shop has many great flavors with some unbeatable prices. All the workers are super friendly and take the time to make sure you really get the flavor you like. Their coffee is definitely what made the experience, getting to lounge and enjoy my new juice and coffee. Recommend to all who like to vape and who likes to enjoy quality coffee!
