We were with this dentist for only a year or so, and now have to change due to insurance. My daughters(now 6 and 11) had 2 appts there. They had appointments with Dr. Boniadi and he was good with the kids; gentle, good with his questions, and great with speaking to them about dental care in kid terms. The dental assistants were also good. They kept it simple, easy, in and out. We went to them after being at Gentle Dental which was HORRIBLE. GD always did weird stuff with their billing to get more $$ than they should have. CMSFDG never did this. To the reviews in regards to rescheduling and not answering phones. Those both did happen to us once as well, but really I would say it’s because they are a very small office, small staff. When things happen whether to the dr’s personally or equipment, they don’t just have extra staff or extra equipment to cover. I really liked the small office feel and would put up with that any day over mass dental chains like Gentle Dental. I wish we could have stayed there.

Bad experience! Front desk lady very unprofessional, I had to reschedule twice because the she will make up excuses like the dentist having an emergency so he had to run out. I couldn’t get treated so I changed dental offices. Horrible experience.

This place is a joke. I have never left a scathing review before but this place is completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. I arrived on time only to find the office closed during regular business hours. All the lights inside are off. I am literally sitting in my car as I’m writing this, waiting to see if someone shows up. It has been 15 minutes & counting. There is no note on the door and no one around to answer my calls. I took off time from work for this. Way to respect my time family dental. Let’s see if they actually return my call. I doubt it.

I’m new to this Dental Group and just trying to make an appointment has been a hassle. Getting an answering machine during regular business hours! Not a great first impression. I will probably just request to get another dentist with my insurance. I shouldn’t have to wait to speak to someone in person.

The guy dentist is a lot nicer than the woman doctor. On this visit I ended up waiting an hour before actually seeing anyone. I guess even thought I was 20 mins early they were pretty busy or something. The doctor was pretty rough when doing my cleaning. I was cringing even with the numbing cream. The hygienist on the other hand was supppper nice and gentle. I was here 6 months ago with a clean bill of health but this time I was told I have 3 cavities. And it would cost me $ 350 to fix each one. Im going to get a second opinion on this. To be frank I dont trust dentists that are unfriendly and dont show me the cavity. Especially since I havent had a cavity in 12 years.
