Great place to workout and get in shape! Everyone is friendly and really supportive! Iv only been coming for a month and already seen major results :) the coaches really do take the time to help you improve if you’re having a hard time! Definitely recommend it!

Great gym with great people! Head coach JD and co-​head coach Stephen have amazing positive energy that is infectious! This energy combined with fun and challenging programming makes you look forward to coming into the gym. The community is great too. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging which really makes a huge difference. The gym has BBQs and other fun events that gives everyone a chance to socialize outside of the workouts as well.
If you want to get in great shape and meet some fantastic people while you’re at it, then come to Americana Fit!!!

If you want to be in the best shape of your life, challenge yourself, and make some great friends, this is the place to do it. They have everything from circuit training to Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu under one roof, with all that expertise and experience rolled into the knowledgeable and engaging Coaches and staff.
When you start working out with the people that go here, you quickly realize that everyone is after the same goals, and you are welcomed into the group. I can easily say that everyone I workout with are friends of mine, which makes the intense effort required by the training (and just being in excellent condition in general) easier and more worthwhile. The size of the gym promotes individual improvement with plenty of attention from the trainers… and when you PR or do something freakin’ awesome, it drives everyone in the group to work harder and achieve more.
I never thought a gym and a workout regimen could be life-​changing, but it is, and it certainly never hurts to try something new. The first 2 days are free, but the membership is $ 175 a month, which allows you to workout as much as you want and to go to any session. Worth every penny.
