Dexter Music

This place is absolutely horrible. If i were you, I would avoid this place like the plague! Everyone you speak to has this strange underlying agenda. While everyone may have a smile on, you get the sense that there are knives behind their eyes.
The moment you ask for any real human interaction from this supposed «Small, personable business» they run away and never call back.
EXTREMELY dishonest people (owners) and their customer service is an empty shell.
When I expressed that I was upset, they simply stopped responding. After a time of silence, I decided to head to their advertised address 3187 Airway Ave, Costa Mesa, CA. It just doesn’t exist. They have no office to speak of.
Impossible to contact on the phone, and the owners care nothing for their customers. All you are is a dollar sign to them. Im not sure who the other two reviews are. Probably friends of the owners.
I am writing this review because they have taken away my negotiation power as a customer. I have current outstanding issues with this business and they have refuse to resolve them with me.
I want everyone to be aware that this type of thing is common with this place.

I highly recommend Dexter music Academy! My son, who is eight and my daughter who is 10 absolutely adore their teacher and playing the piano is never a chore. They look forward to seeing her each and every week. Their highlights are the recitals where they can show off their hard work! Good job Dexter music Academy!

Dexter Music Academy works hard at finding the right instructor for you and your child’s needs. We wanted my son to continue to want to play piano after taking a break from 3 years of playing. We had some scheduling challenges based on our location and small window of time we could schedule a lesson. DMA found an instructor who challenges my son both in theory and in what he plays. My son looks forward to his lessons and has developed the confidence to play alongside other young musicians.

My kids have been taking piano lesson from dexter music academy teachers for a few years now and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone we have encountered has been so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!
