.dropped in yesterday… was delighted with the Dooney display w all the designs. Staff nice, friendly & helpful. 30% off on 1^st bag, (I think 40% on 2^nd) Dooney’s leather is good quality. holds up. Yeaaaa, bought the Solphie. ‚)

So patient while I rearranged there entire store. Love this years designs so funky and fresh yet retro!

More like 3.5 because overall I like the style and they have great sales that make things somewhat affordable.
However I have mixed feelings about the service (it’s about average). Two times I’ve been there and the older employee ladies seem to help everyone but me (am I ignored because I’m younger? Who knows). Sometimes they don’t even come out from behind the counter. The next time I went, an Asian male employee was extremely friendly and helpful. He even pulled out back stock for me to choose the one I wanted. However, the last item I bought the leather was already peeling. Luckily they will replace it, but since they didn’t have any more in the store, I have to wait for them to order it. Although I will say the employees never push selling you high priced stuff, and actually love showing you what’s on sale.

oh ya as far as the store, yes, I did purchase this Men’s 100% Cashmere Crewneck Sweater a few days ago and it retail for $ 265.00, with the her discount I was able to purchase it for $ 110.38, I’m rich bitch! =)
