Had an small emergency at our dental practice… the guest bath was down! Spoke with Jeremy at Ferguson and he knew exactly what I needed. He had the part waiting for me when I arrived and even took the time to go over how to install it… step by step. A question arose during installation and he helped me again over the phone.
Great service and the part was extremely reasonable. Our bath is working perfectly now thanks to Ferguson.

Do not plan to return anything you purchase from Ferguson. Even if Corey acts like he knows what he is doing, verify EVERYTHING. We purchased 2 propane water heaters which Corey agreed were the correct ones for our application and he promised delivery the following day. The following WEEK they arrived only to have the plumber say we needed gas water heaters. They were returned and because the boxes were re-​taped, they refused to give credit for the returned heaters (although they did take them back). The only way to get any credit was to purchase the new natural gas heaters from them. A $ 1257 dollar purchase resulted $ 565.72 credit toward new water heaters.
