I love this park. I just wish when people see other dogs enter the park that they leash theirs up. Other big downer is all the people that don’t pick up after their animals. Just sucks when you want to lay in the grass only to find a present left by a inconsiderate pet parent. Debbie downer aside. Nice quiet park great for picnics and book reading.

Two small play structures, a couple pull-up bars, and baby swings. Nice big grass area, a few picnic tables, and a concrete path that would be great for kids to ride bikes/scooters. Cons — no bathroom, no swings for big kids, no shade in the afternoon.

I enjoy coming here with my 1 year old. We are usually the only ones around as the park is tucked away at the end of Gisler and between a neighborhood and the Fairview 405 fwy exit. Not visible from any main streets. Anyhow, there is a playground with toddler swings, a large open area with picnic tables and a winding sidewalk that curves around and opens up onto Fairview Road. It’s a nice place, just be aware of your surroundings since it’s so tucked away. Some people like to park along the wall on the way in and drink/smoke etc. but usually leave pretty quickly.

I really enjoy this park. I love climbing the trees and the huge wall that has the freeway behind it. My friends didn’t believe that I could get on top of the wall because it is about 17 ft high or so and I proved them wrong. It’s a nice get away that’s hidden and not to many people know about. I used to goto Moon Park which is the opposite way of this park but I like this park better now :). It’s pretty much hidden and peaceful. It has 2 small playgrounds for children but I think children would like Moon Park better. But if you want to completely get away from things and not worry about alot of people being there then this is the park to goto :). I will upload some pics of me having fun at the park acting like a kid again :).
