I would only give it 1 star but the actual cleaning done by Rachel, was great. BUT using the service online and setting appointments is NOT great. I had a no show, the first time, and then had an appointment completed by Rachel. Then I had a cancellation within 24 hours the third attempt. I needed to reschedule my appointment and cancelled within 23 hours, but they charge for anything less than 24 hours, BUT they do not give any credit for NO SHOWS or for CANCELLING me within 24 hours. Yes the phone conversations were pleasant, and AGAIN the actual cleaning by Rachel was great, but the service of booking an appointment and keeping it was 1 for 3. Just sharing my experience. Not sure I want to give them another try since they charged me for cancelling with 23 hour notice and yet do not offer anything (not even cleaning supplies credit) when they cancel or no show within 24 hours.

I love how easy and convenient it is to book an appointment with Homejoy. They have an app for Apple and Android that makes the easy process even easier! The cleaners are professional and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is done to satisfaction. They are licensed and bonded and all the cleaners have to pass background check, so no worries! I def. recommend trying Homejoy. They usually have groupon deals so check on there first. Satisfaction guaranteed, what do you have to lose?
