Best place ever!!! Very good food!!! I’m in love with the food & customer service. Great customer service always kind no matter what. Always take their time on the food that’s what makes it good. Their may be a wait but it’s worth it. The reason there’s a line is because it’s so delicious.

Man Oh Man let me tell you. This is the BEST In N Out I have been to and that is because of a young gentleman named Hunter. This guy is the real MVP. I had a group with me and let me tell you we were the most annoying types of customers. With request after request, and then a couple more requests Hunter just helped out and kept a positive attitude. The order was perfect even though they were very specific and the service was prompt. Thanks again Hunter.

Always good! Had lunch there again today. Friendly service. Long line at the drive-up window but that’s the price for being so popular. They make my favorite fast food hamburger. I enjoy their great vanilla shakes too! I’m hooked on In-N-Out.

By far, some of the best fast food in California. Everyone knows that, I’m not shaking up the Unilocal universe by making that statement. However… Last Saturday I came by this location AFTER driving past the location in Westminster, and seeing a line 15 cars long. I pulled off the freeway, a little sad that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy in n out on my moving day, but much to my surprise, there were only three cars in line! The time it took to drive from Westminster here, and back, was shorter than the expected wait time of the other location. And it was in the middle of lunch time, on a Saturday! Absolutely fantastic. Quick service, and of course the delicious burgers everyone is accustomed to.

LOGISTICS: Normally I don’t like to vent on Unilocal but this is the worst In-n-Out drive thru location I’ve ever visited. People can cut in the drive thru line from both the gas station and motel side directions. It’s a chronic problem and the signs are useless. Management should use orange cones to block off the drive thru line just like EVERY other location. C’mon, it’s not rocket science. FOOD: Obviously, the negative review not a reflection on the food. It’s still the best fast food burger and shake you can get in So Cal! :-)

After a traveling abroad and driving home from LAX, this In N Out is my spot. I always come here after traveling out of the country, it’s like a ritual. I like to get out of horrible LA traffic area and this one is very convenient right off the 405, easy access. The last I got In N Out was in Yuma, AZ and was turned off by how shitty the quality was. Haven’t had a craving since… But being out of the country with no good burgers, time for in n out. Meat was good, not as thick as it used to be but getting the double double certainly helped. Always crowded with in n out rats. Extremely busy because of its convenience.

Pretty much your typical In-N-Out Burger place :) Nothing bad to say about this place… I usually come here if I have a major In-N-Out food craving and I’m in the OC area… this is my to-go location! I typically order my usual: which is the double-double protein style burger with grilled onion and a side of fries. Sometimes I would only get animal fries alone and that would be filling for me. LOL. Service here is on-point and pretty good. Won’t disappoint! Though, this location(like others) can get pretty busy and for me I would suggest going inside and order than going through drive-thru and wasting gas haha Parking here can be a struggle at times since it’s right next to a motel area. Sometimes people would be fighting over a spot and it can be pretty crazy. I have yet to encounter that kind of situation and thank God LOL haha

In and Out is always good, always mobbed, and always slow. This In and Out was no different, but the staff was very friendly and efficient. Isaac helped us and was exactly the kind of person you want working for you. Engaged in the work, polite, welcoming, and accommodating.

I ordered the Cheeseburger & Vanilla Shake for $ 4.85 The Beef was great and the Cheese was delicious. The Vanilla Shake was creamy and satisfying. A tremendous Meal from this Drive Thru.

Like most In-N-Out Burger joints in Cali, this one does not disappoint! There’s always a long drive through line, but if you go inside, the service is really quick and there’s barely a wait to place your order. In-N-Out’s reputation precedes it, so there’s not more I can add to it, but here are a few positives that I love about it. Fast Service: As I mentioned before, the service is really quick because they have so many people working there. Even if you do the drive thru, your food comes out fresh and hot each time. On a crowded day, if you go inside, the wait is maybe 5 – 10 minutes. The people there are also really nice and they’re pretty good at getting your order correct. Food: I must say, the quality of the food is much better in California than anywhere else, but that’s probably attributed to the fact that it started in CA. It may not seem like much, but a burger and side of fries is good enough to keep you satisfied. The fries aren’t too oily, but have a nice crisp outside. If you want them to be crispier, you can ask for them to be extra crispy. Also, if you feel for some reason your burger and fries just aren’t greasy enough, getting things animal style is a great way to go! Price: The food here is pretty cheap(which doesn’t help with America’s problem of obesity, but that’s besides the point). Burgers and fries are around $ 5 and a delicious shake is only around $ 2!!! Such a good deal! Overall, a great place for a quick and cheap meal that still tastes delicious!

Just like all In-N-Out’s, clean, fast-paced, inexpensive. What can I say that hasn’t been said before about this place? This time I got two single burgers, no cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle only. Probably the best tasting burgers I can remember at a fast food place once you do away with all the bland veg.

Before I begin I would like to give this In N out a 3.5 stars. But since that’s not available I’ll go with the 4 because in n out is delicious and I love it. Sorry not Sorry for the obvious bias opinion. Came in to grab a bite around 12:58 am, late night. The In N Out was extremely crowded. I think there must have been a party or something. A lot of teens. Greeted — as usual at almost any in n out — with smiles and great charisma. In this case the manager was working the cashier. He was friendly. Similarly to my previous in n out review I ordered the 2×1 — basically a double double with 1 slice of cheese — with grilled onions. I also ordered the animal style fries — light fry — which had a softer bite to them. The double double was good in terms of flavor, my one criticism is that the burger was Luke warm. It could have been warmer. I understand that it is busy but I still want to enjoy what I am eating. That is what separated this experience from my previous in n out experience. Also, the reason this gets a 4 and not a 5 is that the animal fries could have been warmer as well! They looked like they were made very quickly and without much care. There was onions and sauce on only a quarter of the fries. The rest of the fries didn’t have onions or sauce only melted cheese. This is disappointing and took away from my overall dining experience. It was just sloppy. It tasted good though.

As fast-food burgers go, I’m a fan of In-N-Out. I’m also pretty attached to both Whole Foods and Portola Coffee at the Tustin Legacy District. Unfortunately, the maddening gridlock that often surrounds the near-by(accursed) Costco gas station makes me an infrequent visitor to the In-N-Out at the Tustin Legacy District. When I’m craving In-N-Out, this is my location of choice. In-N-Out is overall a great place for fast-food burgers & fries. I usually get a cheeseburger w/onions & animal style fries — nothing too fancy. They also have a(not so) secret menu, so definitely Google it if you want to add a little twist to your meal. Tip: If you prefer McDonald’s-style fries that are a little soggier because of the grease, you probably won’t care for In-N-Out’s fries. Tip: Things you can add to your burger for free: Grilled onions, pickles, CHOPPEDCHILIS, animal style, grilled onions, extra anything(i usually get extra tomatoes).

I love INNOUT! Who doesn’t?! I’m so happy this one opened up in this location because there are no closer In-N-Out locations to me. I came here on Saturday night after visiting the Observatory down the street. I arrived at 1:20AM and know they open until 1;30AM. We barely hit the mark of their closing time while going through the drive-thru line. There was a pretty long line but it went by fairly quickly. My order is pretty complicated and I always commend those who get my order correct the first time. The girl who took my order yesterday night did and my order came out correctly as well. You can add extra toppings for no extra charge! Cheeseburgers are about $ 2.40 and a Double Double is almost $ 3.50. I ask for it «protein style» because I’m on a no-carb diet. Innout. Good quality, good taste, good value! Happy camper!

As always, a big fan of In-N-Out. I was expecting a long wait but instead got a very fast one with one other person in front of me on a weekday night. Was really surprised by that. Otherwise, fries, service and burger were all good. Only complaint was not verifying my order because I asked for medium well done and instead got normal fries with a medium coke. Not sure how they heard that wrong?

Price– For quality fast food burger and when you are visiting souther California, you must try a burger here! — cheeseburger with grilled onions(less than $ 3) — get WELLDONE fries, more crispy! — vanilla milkshake! The struggle to suck it from the straw is real… Let it melt a bit lol 2 cheeseburgers, 2 well done fries, 1 med soda, 1 vanilla milkshake for only ~$ 12 Service– drive thru moves a lot faster in comparison to the garden grove location(near where I live)!! They are friendly and very nice :) Late night– they close pretty late! Great spot to grab food

Love the food, but the parking, as at so many other locations, is seriously lacking. I waited at least 10 minutes to park and was late to meet my husband for lunch. Not cool. This location shares a lot with a motel that has more spaces than it needs. Maybe an arrangement can be made?

I think when we leave a review to in n out should go to all of them because they are all the same, just kidding. As we all know this restaurant are great every time all the time. I can’t believe people leave less than 5 stars to this restaurant . Here is a tip: if you leave less than 5 stars review to in n out that’s mean you are the problem and you have issues. Great place to eat. Food is great and the staff always amazing. Thank u Steve

It is my first time eating at this In N Out. We all know that the food is always consistent and delicious. The employees are always friendly when they take your order. The reason that I deduct 2 stars for this review is that the parking is a nightmare here… I waited 10 mins for a parking spot(which I didn’t find). So I went and parked across the street. I have seen In N Outs busy but not this busy, which can get annoying…
