Jamba Juice will forever be my favorite… but the person make my juice nad very bad attitude toward me for no reason…

Their bowls gave me indigestion. First time trying them, next time I will just stick to their drinks.

Came here for a quick drink. Came in and said «hi» to the worker and he didn’t even respond. Ordered a peach perfection and it didn’t taste like they put too much peach in it. My friend told me about another drink that is really good but it’s not on the menu. How the hell do I know if it’s not on the menu. What’s up with that Jamba Juice?! What a waste for $ 6!!! I hate this place!!!

Always super friendly staff at this location. Drinks come out fast.
Saw a fly in the pretzel box though :/​.
Other than that clean and well organized.
Chili mango smoothie is delicious.

My first visit to this mall as we are visiting a family member in the area.
There was a male cashier at the counter who took my order and was very brief, my total was $ 4.60, I handed him a $ 20. And was given some change back, when i expressed I had paid with a $ 20, he pulled out a $ 5 indicating what was in his drawers, my toddler was fussing so I explained I knew how much cash I had and he just stood there. I was never given receipt and feel ripped off. The lady at the counter with my drink was very polite but I am leaving this review as I left feeling very upset and confused. I will be in contact with the manager about this.

I always have a good experience at this smoothie shop. This time I tried a new smoothie and they still never disappoint. The employees are always up for making recommendations and make sure you’re satisfied. Erika helped my mom and I when we went in this evening and delivered excellent service.

Jamba Juice… the OG of blended juice drinks. Is it good? Yes. Is it the best? No… I had one of the best experiences I had at Jamba Juice the last time I was here.
Every single person was so nice, we even had a coupon deal and they gladly accepted it without any attitude. The African American girl making our drinks was so helpful and sweet! She told us that if we don’t like our drinks, she will make something else for free. My cousin got a newer drink on the menu, and the girl said that many people don’t like it so she will make a different drink. My cousin did not like it because it’s not what she thought it would be. I had already gotten my drink and liked it but I tasted my cousins’ drink and liked that one too. That girl let me keep that drink and also made my cousin a new drink that she recommended! Wow, that is excellent service and very nice of her to do that. I gave my original drink to my son and drank the other one.
Juice wise, I like peach pleasure and most of the greens drinks. OH you MUST try the waffles here! They are SOO good! Crunchy, sugary, warm goodness. Who would’ve thought, right? Do it.

Great location. Also the line at 1pm on a Sunday was not to bad. You got to love Jamba Juice

I ordered the great greens fresh juice and I got the 16 oz.
They asked if I wanted it over ice and I said just a little bit.
When I got my drink it wasnt even filled to the top of the cup.
Their excuse was that the bigger cups accommodate for the amount of ice. But it should accommodate to the amount of the ice the person wants.
What if I didn’t want any ice… I’m sure this cup would have been half full rather than have the ice help it out. Ive been to other locations and they fill the cup to Tue top with or without ice. This is a waste. I ended up going back for more ice. (Just so I could get my money worth.)
Pretty sad. I won’t come back to this one. And its the closest to my school.
At least the girl who rang me up was nice. I forgot to add my boosts and she let me add them last min.
And the guy who made the drink asked if the amount of ice he put was enough before he poured the drink. And he put more ice in once I left.
So upset.

Good service, but they ran out of pineapple and strawberry on the same day. I really don’t know how you run a smoothie shop without at least strawberry.

If your in the mood for magic juice then Jamba Juice is the place for you. Located in Metro Point South Coast Plaza across from DSW Shoes.
I have noticed that this location is hit or miss with their service. I came to this location the past weekend and it was packed in there. I was waiting in line getting my juice on when I overheard the cashier telling another customer that they ran out of like 4 different juices. I was like WTF. How can you run out of juice?
The reason i am give this location 3 stars is because of the service is consistently inconstant.
They place needs a little work but once they get the ordering and staffing correct this place is awesome.

They have a friendly staff and their menu has gotten bigger for the better. I just wish that the prices didn’t go up, but it did. Still have yet to try their acai bowls and yogurts and things. I still prefer their classic smoothies but glad that they have other options. Sign up for their jamba rewards to get $ 3 off your purchase once you accumulate certain points.

I’d been shopping, it’s summer… I need a Jamba Juice. I ordered a Peach Perfection. Delicious!

Most of the time I come here they are out of a lot of things like last time they did not have any carrot, ginger, or cucumber juice and I end up leaving without purchasing anything. Giving two stars because the staff is always friendly, they just need to learn to manage their inventory better.

This Location has the best service in all of So Cal, I personally have visited several around the coast and some inland including (Long Beach, Belmont Shore, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Bella Terra, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and Disneyland) by far the the cashiers with lots of knowledge on the products that will benefit you most like the secret «balance» boost with vitamins, protein and fiber. I love how they truly love the product and most of all always send you off your way with a smile and also remind you if you have any allergies and make sure your drink is made with extra care with you in mind =D
I truly admire the magical and juicy aroma of the store full of oranges and a blend of different fruits especially the coconut and pineapple, it’s a truly tropical escape, almost like a trip to Hawaii but just close by at Metro Pointe xD

Avoid this location. Workers are rude and they never seem to make the drinks right.
I ordered a very simple drink (the basic strawberry-​banana one) with a boost and it tasted like blended powder and was the consistency of cement mix. The woman making it even had the gall to say, «I made it extra thick for you.» … Thanks? I guess I’ll enjoy this drink over the next 3 hours while I wait for it to melt some. (side-​eye emoji here)
The cherry on top? I only received ¾th of a drink. See picture.
How this location is still in business baffles me.

Dont get me wrong, i love jamba juice to a point i go every week but this location is just bad. This was my first and last time going to this location. I got a 16 oz acai primo bowl and at all the other jamba juices ive gone to, they give me half a kids cup of granola. But this location gave a portion cuz of granola. And when i ask otger locations for a little extra they dont charge me but here they were going to. And the girl was rude too. Never again jamba juice, or at least not here.

Jamba Juice has been here forever. My little sister used to work at this location and the quality of the juice remains the same. This place is probably one of the best generic locations to get juice with moderately good pricing. They have cold pressed juices now and they are really good!
For the most part if you want some type of fruit or vegetable concoction this is the place to go!
Life is good, but it’s better when you get your daily intake of vitamins!

Rude rude rude service. Felt I was going to faint so I asked for water. There was a group of 4 in front of me so I asked the other girl behind the counter. i went in to ask her real quick and she said you can’t be here so I waited behind them, she did nothing except stood threw chopping bananas. It could have taken her 20 second but she just stared at us wait. At no time at all did she tell the cashier. The cashier hurried to give it to me when I asked. Cashier was nice. I’m gald my area had better service.

First off I walk in and there’s maybe two people in front of me. I had the groupon deal I was going to use for 6 bottles of veggie and fruit cold pressed juice. I showed my coupon to the trainee girl and she just pointed and said «over there». She didn’t specify grabbing any bottle holder cardboard or that these are pre made in an ice chest. I then grab them, mind you — not knowing you only had 4 flavors to choose from since it’s in a bottle. They also had just a few left. I grab my 6 and get back in this long line to not cause drama. She should’ve seen me and rang me up first, since I had already waited in line. Finally I get to her and she obviously has no clue what the groupon was for… Her manager wasn’t very nice or welcoming either, just asked me to hold my cell phone because they aren’t allowed to, (she did just a minute before) to see the barcode and ring me up. Was this annoying? YES, for both me and them I’m sure. But shoot, I waited in line twice and they couldn’t even greet you or thank you for waiting in line again. Poor service .
I’m in the service and sales industry but have enough common sense to know how to smile and welcome guests even for sale items and busyness. The lack of juice variety sucked too. No more juice groupings for Sepi.
