My husband and I frequented this KFC many many times via drive thru. Recently went inside and OMG. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy everywhere. Counters, dining area and bathroom. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Never again.

I have ordered the $ 5 filler combo the last three times I’ve been here and they have forgotten my combo extras. I get my drink and food but no biscuits or cookies. PAY MORE ATTENTION!

KFC is a must for a «quick fix»! Good quality chicken, but not as good as some other chicken place that I’ve been too. What I love about KFC is their 5 $ fill up box! What else can go wrong with a meal that’s only 5 $!

Terrible:
Service. Walked in the person greeting me was full of attitude. I had a couple questions about the menu and received an annoyed attitude regarding my request.
Dirty this place is gross. They should definitely clean more here

service is always ok or good by fast food standards. i tried their «grilled» today and i was very impressed. it could be better than their original or extra crispy. i say «could» because the other two im familiar with and they were a tiny bit off today (i ordered one of each). it seemed like it sat under the lamps a bit much, but i cant complain either as that helps drip and evaporate somw of the oil away.
id give it ⁴⁄₅ if it wasnt something about the area. for example, today it seemed like a john brought his customer and servant to the restroom here. i think last time it was creeps being creepy while walking around the parking lot. its like a carls jr… a guy place, and not a place for a family reunion.

Whenever I decide to visit a KFC, it’s always for the original recipe. This is the one thing the brand can hold over any other place that offers fried chicken. The product is unique within the category and no other fried chicken tastes like KFC’s original recipe. If you are in the mood for it, it is a reasonable option. KFC locations seem to be closing down with frequency, so I’m not sure how good they are doing as a company. Very typical fast food service, so there’s not much to say there. It’s okay every once in a while, but I can’t say I would miss it too much if they went out of business completely.

This is my third time eating at a kfc, and now I know why I don’t like kfc. Garbage food, dirty tables, rude mexican workers and the bathroom was dirty. Thank you kfc for reminding me to never eat at your low class establishment

I have been putting this review off for sometime, and who knows they might have fixed the problem by now. But I haven’t gone there a long time now. What made me decide to boycott this place was how rude the teller was at this place. I could tell you exactly which one it was, but that wouldn’t be professional. The owner just needs to know that he has a problem that needs fixing.

The reason I am giving this four stars is I am comparing this store with other KFC stores in the area. Best one I’ve found.

I have eaten at this place five times and twice I have gotten sick after I ate there. I love KFC extra crispy damn do I but this place no thank you I am loosing my craving for it from this location making me ill

They serve food cold… the people working the drive through should really learn how to speak English. Spending all this money of these bite commercials and then you serve them cold… I had to tell the guy my order 4 times and he still messed it up… okayyy

I ordered the Honey BBQ Sandwich & Potato Wedges for $ 3.48.
The Honey BBQ Sauce was great, the Chicken was juicy and the Bun was high quality.
The Potato Wedges were crispy and tasty.
This Drive Thru is fast and friendly.

I’ve been there twice and they’ve made mistakes twice. What a shame!!! I asked for a big mash potato, but I got small one instead. The second time they totally forgot to give me a side order. Then I called in to claim my side order, a person who picked up the phone promised me a new side order next time. I gave her my name, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. Badly when I showed up again to claim that, they said there was not any note about this issue and gave me an attitude. What a badly management.

parking’s a bit weird since the lot is a weird shape. I am a fan of KFC’s popcorn chicken and the wedges (their a bigger version of french fries).

All the MSG KFC uses still can’t save their POS dry soggy «extra crispy?» chicken. It was so FUBAR that I threw out my $ 14 bucket after eating only a couple pieces. Not even their weak suck marketing spin trying to reinvent KFC as «Kitchen Fresh Chicken» will make me want to BRB. FYI, It’s mutha’ eff’n «Kentucky Fried Chicken»… get it right yo! LMFAO.
WTF, I feel for the Chinese people always getting the bad rap for using MSG cuz nobody says anything about the majority of the other processed food you eat containing a hella grip load of MSG in it. Especially, Japanese food reigns supreme in MSG (ajinomoto), konbu a natural producer of MSG, and shoyu (soy sauce), but lets just pick on Chinese folk.
They never will, but one day when Newport people learn to accept and embrace all that is my BFF Popeye’s, they’ll need to open one here ASAP cuz KFC is no GFE. KFC FRIED and grilled chicken could only appeal to BBW’s, so I’ll still drive 20 mins out of my way to hit up the Popeye’s off of Beach FTW even though KFC is across the street. I dream of the day that the hot MILF’s in Newport with their botox’d DSL’s can bite into a crunchy succulent piece of Popeye’s Fried Chicken… mmmh MILF’s eating chicken.

You know, it’s like the old story told in Lethal Weapon. This place will «F» you in the drive through. Not once but twice this year we were shorted. Today we bought $ 40.00 worth of food for a beach BBQ and after we got to the beach we realized we ended up without napkins, BBQ sauce, honey, biscuits, spoons and or forks. Then we call and talk with the manager and he didn’t really speak English. How does this place stay in business?

This one was the 2^nd closest one to me during lunch and the 1^st closest one which is near UCI was horrible. I also wrote a review about that one.
This one also performed poorly. My order took more than 10 minutes and was delivered incorrectly. I ordered cole slaw instead of fries for my combo and I got fries. I ordered inside, but I think if you want faster service, you should order from the drive-​thru. I can’t imagine they would keep a bunch of customers waiting in the drive-​thru for more than 10 minutes on a single order.
I guess the next time I have a craving for KFC, I’ll have to go to the one on Culver in the center of Irvine. So far, I’ve had very good luck with that one, but it’s further and I’ve only been there late in the evenings.

Mmmmm KFC is perfect if you are craving chicken. I know it’s not the healthiest of foods, but when you have to, you have to. I love the two-​piece meal with the grilled chicken, side of mashed potatoes, cole slaw and a biscuit. I always have a coupon for this location, so that is a plus. The service at this location is the best from the other two locations I’ve been to. Enjoy!

Pro: $ 20 or 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and 5 hard tacks.
Con: No water at fountain, retarded auto paper towel dispenser that shoots towels into the sink, horrible staff… Mystery soda.
Went there with Aaron, finished the 5 people meal by ourselves, have to say the food wasn’t that bad. It was the fact that the cleaning crew left a broom out for people to trip on and have a floor mat covering the exit trash bin that made me wish we have ate somewhere else.
