hi guys its me again! giving my experience. they have not officially opened, yet but they have a stand and display in front of macys for now. as I perused the mall, I saw their zodiac crystals and was excited about them right away. the display is done so well that the statues presented looked really expensive. so expensive looking that i didn’t think i could afford even one of them. well, happily I was wrong about that. they are affordable. they are NOT cheap by any means, but if you want at least one you can buy one. they make a great gift for someone or even yourself.(note: I don’t work there) these zodiac are limited in production. each will have an engraved number on the bottom. so they will be a great little collectors item. the customer service is spot on! I dealt with Mr. Garrette. he truly has excellent customer skills. mad skills if I may add. he seems like he has been in the customer service for years and he does it well. why? I am probably a really tough customer, but reasonable enough. if a salesperson can deal with me and at least make me reasonably happy, then he or she can deal with anyone or even more difficult customers. I am very happy with the service. your probably wondering why not the full five stars, well this is not their main spot, they wont have the new spot opened till april 2015, as i was told. so for now they are limited to a few items on hand and I would like to see more like these cute little guys. they don’t necessarily need to be zodiac animals but something cute so that they make a good gift to the female or male friends. so ill be re-reviewing their actual store in a few more months to see how the new presentation looks before i can give more stars or less. so the one less star has nothing to do with the level of customer service I have received or the product quality.
