I’ve been coming to Ma Yoga since I was 14 weeks pregnant and I love it. Colleen is extremely knowledgeable in all things yoga and pregnancy. She even has a list of pregnancy chiropractors, massage therapists, doulas, etc. The class is unlike any other yoga class I have ever been to and I am so grateful I came across Ma Yoga.

Probably one of my favorite things throughout my pregnancy, was having the pleasure of taking Colleen Hieber’s Ma Yoga Prenatal class!(Monday’s & Wednesday nights). I started taking Colleen’s prenatal yoga classes in the early stages of my pregnancy, first trimester all the way until the very end.(Pre-pregnancy, I’d been doing all different types of yoga for the past seven years, so my expectations are fairly high). Not only does Colleen focus on the development of your body, but she takes the time to get to know everyone in her class & where they’re at in their pregnancy journey. She shares so much useful information about what you & your body are going through. Her yoga flow is directly related to our pregnant bodies. Every stage of pregnancy is different, for every person & the focus is put(not only) on your mental & emotional state, but your physical well being. She continues her education through teacher training & even trained with a birth doula. She has really good energy. She’s fun loving & has a great sense of humor! If your looking for a class full of laughs, life experiences & yoga, Colleen’s Ma’s Prenatal Yoga class is where it’s at!

Colleen’s yoga class is wonderful! She is a terrific yoga instructor, customizing poses for each individual if needed– especially effective with prenatal classes. It’s tough to find a good prenatal class –hers are the best. Peaceful and fun.
