Only been here a couple of times and every time i come here i dislike the service. This place is inside a grocery market. I came here today and there wasn’t even a person working here, I had to wait for about 10 minutes until a girl came. A few months ago I had a problem with my phone and was wondering if the insurance would cover it, so I came here and asked but the person working here did not even know! She told me to call the company. So, then since my phone wasn’t working how was i supposed to do that? I then went to the metro pcs store in santa ana and they were very helpful there. The guy there told me that the person at this location should have know if it was covered by the insurance and she could have placed an order for a new phone there and that i didn’t have to make the trip over there. I guess this place is only good to pay your bill.

For fast, fully knowledgeable service, this is THE place to go. The best Metro PCS store I’ve been in! It’s in a small market and a little hard to see when driving. It’s worth looking!
