Neat Maids

I am very sad that after having Neat Maids take good care of me for 5 years I have to say good bye. I’ve had lots of cleaning services over the years, some good some very bad. In fact, I started with Neat Maids 5 years ago because of a particularly dramatic series of incidents that left me seeking a legitimate, professional organization I could rely on. I can’t tell you how pleased I have been over the years. They have always been on-​time, consistent and very easy to do business with. They have followed me through two condos, regular and move out/​move in cleaning and their staff always had little touches that made me feel like I was a special client. I can recommend them to anyone without reservation! I only wish I were taking them to my next house in Temecula Valley.

I love how friendly Alex is. She always schedules my cleaning services and gives me a time frame of when the ladies will arrive. The ladies are very detailed, trustworthy and take the time to do extra details like clean cabinets, ceiling (in the bathroom), refrigerator, under the sofa, some windows, and a lot more. I have had lilly and sandra clean my house and they both are excellent. The cool thing about them is that they accept credit cards and also they can invoice you monthly once you are a regular customer. Also, the ladies speak english so I am able to communicate with them, even leave them a note. Thanks Neat Maids!
