The salon is very nice but very pricy! The staff was very nice and friendly but don’t think their services are worth the money. Honesty, I have gotten better manicures/​pedicures that last longer for half the price.

Came here yesterday, Savannah did my nails and they all broke and chipped literally the same night. I called to inform them and their solution was only to apologize. After spending so much money, I was very disappointed.

Polished Perfect is clean and friendly! I am able to get in same day or book in advance and I don’t feel like I have to request a certain person because all the stylists I’ve had are friendly, knowledgeable, and my gels have lasted for weeks. Love Polished Perfect!!!

Lihn did an amazing job on my gel manicure. Never have I ever been to a nail salon where it is okay for you to find imperfections and have them redone. She took care of me and made my first experience, amazing! You definitely get what you pay for! I highly recommend this place!

As usual, Linh & pedicurist (forgot her name) did an excellent job with my nails — so much attention to detail here. Also as usual, the receptionist (forgot her name also, but she had purple hair) made the best Iced Latte in town for me. The only thing that would make it the best nail salon in OC is if everything they used was organic/​natural or at least more eco-​friendly. They do have some eco-​friendly polishes though. Polished Perfect is still my Happy Place.

I live in Austin and was a little nervous going to a nail salon that I’m not familiar with. All I can say now is that I feel completely spoiled and my favorite place back home has some stepping up to do. My nails looks great, the atmosphere was wonderful, the girls doing my nails were awesome. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to come back.

I only called this location for a quick question about my service at the other Polished Perfect location on 17^th, which gel coat color did I use? The girl on the phone was extremely polite and helpful and was able to look me up by name and tell me exactly what color it was so I can choose it again next time and tell my girlfriend who’s going in next week. Genius! Thank you!

Just had a great time here for the first time. I brought 4 nine year olds for pedicures for my daughters birthday. These guys were great from the moment I called to book until finish! They were very accommodating and booked us so we had the place to ourselves and it was a absolute blast! They did a perfect job on my gel French manicure too. They actually ask for your input as you go and don’t assume a thing.
Beautiful salon paired with great personalities and talent! Refreshing to see how they nailed it! This industry is so hit and miss. Cleanliness, simple yet tasteful décor, and top notch service. Prices are pretty solid as well considering the quality of products and well trained staff. Glad to see this brand doing well and expanding. Can’t wait to visit the new location as well in Irvine, but this location is a sweet little spot id like to keep frequenting. Off the beaten path and not overly crazy. Love the vibe and sense of calmness here. Bravo!!!

Let me start by saying the décor in this salon is gorgeous! It’s so posh and so beautiful. The service also was amazing, I felt so incredibly pampered and the quality of their polish is great. No chips no smudges, my nails still look brand new a week later! Also, total bonus, you get tea with your mani/​pedi! I wish it was possible to give them more than 5 stars. I will definitely be coming back!

I typically get bored at nail salons because I can’t do anything with my hands. But I have to say, I think this was the most fun I’ve ever had getting my nails done.
I wanted a low-​key bridal shower so I thought getting pampered was a better choice than going to Vegas (which was what some of my friends wanted). I worked with Tiffani with the scheduling for weeks. She was so organized and helpful and went out of her way to make this work for me and my girlfriends. There were (originally) 7 of us, and for the day I wanted, only 2 aestheticians were available… But she made it work… Called 3 more girls just to accommodate all of us. She sent me the schedule one day and I told her I had a last minute girl who wanted to come along, and she still easily fit her in. Again, everything she did was so professionally organized. From emailing me a schedule, to following up to revising and emailing me a reminder.
When we got there, we checked in, and had a questionnaire, just to see if we were allergic to anything. They have lookbooks that you can brows if you want nail art, which isn’t normally what I would get, but I did since it’s for my wedding. And they even spent time with all of us helping decide what colors to choose.
The shop is spotless. They prioritize cleanliness and don’t use whirlpools since theyre not really sanitary. The girls who did my nails were Cynthia and anni (I hope I spelled it right). And they did an amazing job. Everyone there was friendly. We were all just talking to one another.
They serve complimentary drinks and pastries. Which to be honest, was why I picked this salon in the first place. We were probably there for 2.5 hours, again, was not bored.
I’m so Impressed. And so were my friends (even when they wanted to do Vegas). I’m definitely going back there to get my nails done!

I visited the salon last night with some girlfriends. It was a private as we celebrated a bachelorette.
The interiors were very pleasing — good design, organised and clean. Clean without the sterile-​noxious-​chemical scent.
The aestheticians were all well-​groomed and dressed professionally (and all proper conversationalists).
The check-​in was quick and easy complete with a little clipboard form on information about the client’s likes.
Colour selection was made easy with their hyperorganised colour bar.
A selection of beverages and sweet accoutrements were served while waiting and during nail treatment.
I received a pedicure from Wendy who was lovely. She did a great job
on nails and listened to my needs as well as answered my questions about the salon and it’s services. I noticed that all the aestheticians are well-​informed on what Polished Perfect is about when I asked them about the business.
Checkout was also made as efficient as possible and the manager Tiffany was great with helping us settle the bill –which can get a bit loopy with a large group.
If you like having your hands and feet pampered in a professional, glossy and hygienic environment, this is the place for you.

This place is absolute perfection. So chic, so posh, in love! Came in without an appointment, even though they were booked solid with it being valentines weekend the receptionist made it possible for me to at least get a little something. A glass of rosé and a fresh gelicure I am feeling like a princess. My manicurist Anne, was very through even working on a tight schedule. One of the best manicures I’ve had in a long time.

This place gets 2 stars for their beautiful décor and friendly staff. However, I thought $ 39 for a basic pedicure was definitely over priced. To make matters worse, my nail polish smudged 3 hours after I had them done. I get my nails done every 2 weeks somewhere else and that’s never happened. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back,

we were able to make our RSVP for natural pedicures online which costs $ 29 and includes callous removal but no polish (polish is extra)
they have a café inside the salon & you get a free drink (alcoholic or non-​alcoholic) with your service, i think the pastries on display are an extra cost
—jasmine green tea: very refreshing since i was getting over a sickness
VERY clean, they never reuse anything so they even let you take the nail filer and buffer pad home after your service

I finally found the perfect place and my favorite nail stylist. This is a clean, very unique salon. It is a very organized salon. It includes a wonderful relaxing flair with rich elegant ambience; not a place of dirty «drive through» nail spas. I had a gel nail service done by Olga. She was great, very skillful and meticulous. I got perfectly reshaped nails and flawless gel application.
I also loved the free glass of champagne with service. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for the great experience Polished Perfect.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and there’s even a «bar» with a menu of your choice from variety of coffee, tea, wine or beer! The only reason why I gave the subpar rate was because of the result… I loved the lady because she was so nice and sweet… But both sides of my nails were not painted :(I didn’t have the heart to tell her to redo them so I left with the way they were. I’ll be back again but hopefully with another person… The black iced tea was really yummy though…

Polished Perfect is the place to go for indulgence. I walked in the front door and was immediately taken by the décor and atmosphere. I loved the chic color tones and set up of the nail lounge. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very warm staff (Cecilia, was very informative, kind and kept me company while I waited) I was given a mini introduction, tour of the location and was offered a complimentary beverage. I waited about 5 mins and was greeted by Linh (nail stylist). She was very attentive and very polite. She asked what nail look I was going for and she started working right away. She was very fun to talk to while I was getting my nails pampered. My overall experience of this nail lounge exceeded the highest levels (I’m use to the typical nail salons around Orange County). I will definitely be back for the posh, chic and overall experience at Polished Perfect.

Such a beautiful spot. I felt so pampered as it was a beautiful concept. Love that it’s so clean and sterile. Jordan and Linh did an amazing job on my nails. Loved the coffee bar inside. The gel color looks beautiful. Try this place out!!!

This nail salon is indeed very polished and everything looks so stylish and luxury. Other Unilocalers already mentioned how clean it is but I have to emphasize again as you don’t get this everywhere you go. They open a new/​sealed pack of tools in front of you and you can take them with you afterwards, otherwise they will disregard them right after your service is finished.
A huge plus for me on top of their amazing services, is how they utilize the hot towels. My feet are usually cold and my technician used hot towels on them after the milk bath, scrub, massage and with the paraffin on, it felt soooo good!
Their staff are very kind, patient and professional, the location is also convenient and easy to find, I myself go to CAMP all the time and it is just a block away from there. It was an overall outstanding experience, I highly recommend this salon!
