Most my family works in the car Bizz for Fletcher Jones i have a detail company and we all wont go anywhere else other then here because we know Joe is the best and the most knowledgeable in town by far. We know his history in the car bizz he is the best. I would argue he is the best in the world at what he dose. He works on all cars including the most exotic ones. Today He worked on my CLK and there was also a vintage Porsche in his stall. So I walked in and the friendly front desk Lady asked me what i would like done and i responded not sure i will ask Joe what he recommends. Then he informed me on what is possible. He know exactly what would work. Needless to say it came out perfect as always. If i can part with one thing he is very gentle with your car and you can rest assured it will look the same when you came back just improved. Thank you guys you can count on me being back :)

I had my rear parking sensors installed in my MB GLK350 yesterday. Joe did a great job, his shop is so clean and professional!
I highly recommend Rocco’s for accessory or electronic work on your MB, BMW, Audi, etc.

I see other’s have rated Rocco’s 5 stars as I’ve come to leave my review and I can’t agree more. I was fortunate to have been referred to Rocco’s by Marx MBZ Service, and upon arriving at Rocco’s was greeted immediately, I told them what the problem was with my GPS systems and Joe identified the problem, quoted me, had an opening and got the problem solved. This BTW after visiting numerous places and being told something completely different, which I’m sure would have cost me a lot more.

I was referred to Rocco’s by Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel. We were looking to have a rear backup cam mounted onto our Sprinter. I had also heard about Rocco’s through
, who said Joe at Rocco’s was the only guy who knew what he was doing.
Well, I called on a Tuesday and by Wednesday morning at 10am, we were all done! Just like that.
Joe and Cassie, up front, are great to work with and we love our new backup camera. It’s understated and WAAAAAAYYY better than the factory install that comes with the Sprinters.

I needed Sirius installed in my Mercedes CLA 250 after I realized the new MB’s do not have an AUX outlet. I found Rocco’s on an MB auto blog. I visited their website and was truly shocked at their level of capability in installing features like Sirius, rear cameras, parking sensors etc. They do the install the same way Mercedes would have done it without voiding any warranties. I was in and out in about 3 hours, and the Sirius install cost around $ 1150 out the door. A little pricy, but well worth it. Oh yah, Rocco’s is the only place in CA I could find to perform these services. I drove all the way from San Jose to Costa Mesa and I thank God I did. Rocco’s is awesome. I’ll be back for the $ 985 Rear Camera Unilocal deal.

I recently brought in my Mercedes Sprinter to have a new sound and visual system installed. I was immediately impressed with the spotless facility and very friendly staff. Joe did an excellent installation and spent all the time I needed to become familiar with the system along with the solicitation to come back any time with additional questions.

Crevier BMW referred me to Joe in 2009 to install my rear sensor and camera. Joe did a very professional job with a very reasonable price. His workshop is very clean with a nice waiting area. After that I took my 2014 Honda Odyssey and my recent bought 2014 BMW 335i GT there to install the car dash recorders! I would definitely take my next car to Joe for his excellent service!

I dropped off my 2007 Z06 Corvette at 8:00 Am and by 2:30 they had installed a kickass Pioneer unit and camera. I get a TON more sound and functionality out of the new unit. Sure the components were a little expensive, but knowing that my car wasn’t hacked by some aspiring or retired car thief is priceless. If you give ½ a crap about your car, see Rocco’s first!

I had a rear seat entertainment system installed in my Mercedes and I couldn’t be happier. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I could get a loaner while the install was taking place and Cassie couldn’t have been more helpful. Very professional outfit and I’d recommend these guys to anyone wanting after market installs.

I don’t normally review places other than foodie places. But Rocco’s is first and foremost amazing. I just went there and explained nicely that I was having some audio issues and he pointed out that my stereo was set at the wrong setting and helped me fix it for free. Me and a friend were struggling for weeks to figure out what was the cause. We never thought it could be a setup menu that caused it to behave that way. Anyway, I used his services five years ago and I’m still a happy customer, so much so that I was a little sad that he didn’t do certain things, like install Dynamat, but I could understand that’s probably outside his area of expertise. He did refer me to some excellent people, however, to install that.

From the follow up call about my inquiry, to setting the appointment and installing the equipment in my car, the service and courtesy was impeccable. I will be back soon for more customizing!

I’m sorry my promised review is long overdue. I can’t say enough great things about the service provided by Joe & Shanna. The customer service experience was above & beyond expectations. Shanna is friendly and knowledgeable — her follow-​up and attention to detail was awesome. I guess I was expecting a dingy little garage but I was blown away how pristine and organized the shop was. The loaner car so I could get to work was also a huge bonus! Joe installed an aftermarket backup camera in my new SLK. When I got home, I noticed a timing glitch with the camera unfortunately but Shanna worked me into the schedule immediately and Joe made the adjustment quickly and free of charge. If you are looking for honest and experienced professionals, call Joe & Shanna. I will definitely be coming back for the subwoofer upgrade. Thanks you guys!!!

Got the UMI and Reverse camera system installed on my GLK350. Joe is a no-​nonsense guy who knows his stuff. I would recommend him any day.

Had Sirrus installed in my Mercedes on a Saturday morning. All done within 90 minutes. Fast, courteous, professional and priced right. Could NOT be happier!

I went there to get an iPod interface installed in my wife’s Lexus SUV. Joe installed it in no time and he had a unit that fits well for the Lexus. I thought he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The place was very professional and easy to find. Joe is the man! Joe knows everything about today’s modern car. He has helped me several times and I am very thank full for his knowledge. Joe can hook you up with a new blue tooth system, and DVD system and or a full nav-​satellite radio system.
