I took an Acro class for the first time ever in this studio and in general! They were kind, sweet, genuine, and gentle with their craft! I definitely learned a lot and enjoyed every minute of my time spent! I will definitely be back!

I attended a private party at Aerial & Circus Arts, and Ruby and her assistant did a terrific job instructing a group of women who were varying levels of experience and athletic ability. As for me, I went to the party without any interest in trying«aerial» anything. But I was pleasantly surprised by Ruby’s patience and her attentive and caring demeanor, and she even convinced me into trying some of the basic skills that she was teaching. At the end, Ruby gave us a private performance and we were awed by her technique and skills. I think anyone interested in aerial school would benefit from Ruby’s talent and her ability to nurture and teach students. Her love for this art and her desire to share it with others combined with her calm, positive energy and her incredible skill makes her a great teacher.

I tried a session with the Ruby Karen project recently and I have to tell you they surpassed my expectations. I tried the hammock but they offer aerial silks, hoop, dance classes, and other circus type classes. They are very professional and the offer exceptional training I am pleased to be a client. I liked their brand and product so much I have been referring friends and family over there to try aerial arts. What a workout. You will be using muscles you never thought existed.

I bought the $ 20 deal on living social. I called Ruby on Monday to ensure availability for the Saturday class. She told me there would be space so I decided to purchase. After purchasing she gave me access to a link for registration. However the link did not work. I called, emailed and texted her several times before I got a response. Eventually she reaponded and told me there won’t be space for the Saturday class. After going back and forth with her she said she will call me back. She ended up emailing me the next day at 1am. I emailed back at 1:02 am. And still no response to ensure that my friends and I were guaranteed a spot on Saturday. Since we are not local I wanted to ensure a spot so we don’t waste time and gas going to the studio and be turned away. I ended up emailing her saying we will be going elsewhere, she then processed the deals and made it very difficult for me to get my refund. I never went to the class so I don’t doubt that she is very talented. But her attitude and disorganization as well as not timely response to my emails and phone calls turned me off. I have purchased many deals from living social and groupon for aerial, hydrobiking, paddleboarding and many other things. Never had I ever had troubles redeeming and scheduling until now. I wish her luck and hope she is more organized in the future.
