Having your home flooded and your things destroyed is a very stressful thing to go through. Servpro came in and was very professional and timely. Thank you Mike Calvin, the pack out manager who handled my belongings. He was so kind and eased my stress. He went out of his way to be accommodating and communicative. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. Servpro handled everything from restoring my belongings to restoring my home.

My husband and I noticed we had water damage on our ceiling from a 2nd floor toilet leak and knew we needed to get it fixed! Thankfully we were referred to Servpro and they were great in communicating with us and being timely with the whole process from start to finish. I’ve come across many a restoration companies in my time and somehow they always lack something. Whether it’s professional, being on time, the work itself or the communication drops dead on the water. None of these were an issue with this company. In case of emergency, sure you want to call the fire department or plumber… but make sure you call these guys right after that because they help make everything really clear as to what needs to happen next. I didn’t feel like I was being taken on a wild goose chase at any point in my experience. They worked with my insurance, they kept me informed and followed through on everything they said they would. Highly recommending this place too anyone in need of restoration services.

As a general contractor in the insurance industry I see a lot of restoration companies who have no idea what they are doing. Servpro of Costa Mesa is the only company I will recommend for fire or water damage cleanup. They are clean professional and charge a fair price. I would recommend giving them a call for any water, fire or mold problems.

My husband and I own a property management company and there is no one else whom we trust more to handle the almost daily water leaks that arise at some property than Tayler and his team at Servpro of Costa Mesa. They are by far the most honest and ethical remediation company that we have worked with and they provide superior customer service. We recently had a major water leak at our own house and Tayler took such great care of us. Servpro of Costa Mesa is awesome! I would recommend them 1000%!
