South Coast Plaza Block Party

this is such a fun event! pretty random that south coast would throw a party promoting free alcohol and food in my opinion, but i’ll def take it! haha… from a previous Unilocal event thread, a lot of us were worried about check in and having our names on the list, but turns out this wasnt a problem at all! in fact, my name was on the list twice which actually came in handy since i brought another friend and she used my extra +1 haha…
on to the event itself, great food (pizza, pasta, sushi, popcorn, ice cream) and even better drinks! i think i must have sampled every drink from every store that night (champagne, beer, vodka cocktails) haha… and once the drinks are flowing, shopping becomes way easier! i really wasnt planning to shop and i did end up buying a few tops for $ 40 but i’d like to think that i had at least $ 40 worth of food/​drinks that night so it’s not too bad haha. i def have to say that CK had one of the best sales of the night! a bunch of clothes were already on sale and it was another 20% on top of that! H&M’s deal was pretty good as well (20% off all purchases) and since this was a private event, the lines werent ridiculous for once haha…
i understand that this is an annual event so i’m definitely coming back next year!
