Starbucks

Love this place! All of the employees are very friendly and always willing to help me out. I love coming here mostly because of the atmosphere. Always make my drinks correctly and always with a smile. The parking lot is a little small but the turn around rate is good and you won’t need to wait for too long. Overall I give this place a thumbs up!

I am a gold member ! I LOVE STARBUCKS!
But this place is awful! I have been there four times and everytime I get sick. I am lactose intolerant, so I always order soy milk. Well, this place refuses to give me soy milk.
The first time I went, I ordered my usual venti chai tea latte all soy, no water. I casually went on with my day until it hit me and I had the runs! There was real milk in my latte. The second time I went, I made sure I was clear about the soy milk. Again, they messed up my order and I got sick all over again. The last two times, I had co workers pick me up some Starbucks before work, and the same thing happened.
I gave this place wayy to many chances. I don’t care if this Starbucks is the closest one to work, I refuse to go and get sick! Plus, the staff was rude when I tried to emphasize the soy milk the second time.

We frequent a great many Starbucks while out and about. I need to give praise to the crew at this particular Starbucks. They were busy, yet we were still welcomed when we walked in the door. Baristas were genuinely friendly, outgoing, and kind. Our drink order was expedited, food order taken (including my request to have egg removed from my sausage sandwich BEFORE we reached the register. Our food and drink order was 100% accurate and we left feeling like we mattered. Thanks for a great experience!!!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the world! I love the Frappuccino!!! I love the Chocolate Chip Frappuccino w/​Whip Cream! I honestly like everything there

Horrible Starbucks. Very understaffed today. There seems to be very slow people here. Extremely unorganized here. Line was out of the door when I arrived. The existing patrons had no idea how to more the line. If I had gone to the one on 17^th, I would be making the same time. That is how horribly slow this nightmare Starbucks is. Today was a unfriendly reminder of why I normally AVOID THIS Starbucks.

Stopped in for some business and a coffee. There were a few people makes a slight disturbance and Jose stepped up and handled the situation perfectly! He did a great job to keep the customers from noticing what was going on and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Thank you Jose!!!

I actually like the service here and the drinks are usually made in a timely manner, but the parking lot here is horrendous.
You have spots available for compact cars but there are always trucks and SUVs there. Heavy traffic pour in through Newport Blvd and Del Mar Avenue make it impossible to even maneuver around.
You want to find a parking spot, good luck.
You want to be able to fit into your spot, good luck.
You want to leave the parking lot easily and smoothly, good luck.

Omg. THis Starbucks is the worst of any I have been to across the U.S. I’m in town for OC fair and have been by twice to sit and do some business. The first time I was here I placed an order and they were out of stock. So I ordered an iced coffee and they missed my order. I sat for 2 hours and watched this behavior happen multiple times. Incorrect orders, ridiculous wait times and less than good customer service.
My second visit was today. Alex took my order. Large iced coffee with no sweetener and a pastry. He asked SIX TIMEs. And still missed the pastry and when corrected still messed it up. No thank you. Very unfriendly. Not busy at all. And very dirty.
I was in the coffee industry for 6 years– this store is consistently ridiculous. The manager and DM need some action plans. STAT.

One of the worst Starbucks ever. If you are actually able to get a parking spot in their tiny parking lot you are greeted with a less impressive attitude. People that work their don’t care about customer service. I have to repeat my order 3 times before they either get it right or forget to put it in. The amount of time they engage with each other gossiping is ridiculous. If they are gossiping to each other then they are not doing their job.

I recently started coming to this Starbucks for the past month or so. I work about 5 mins away. The staff is friendly and always do their best to keep the line moving. I come here at least 5 days a week lol.
Special thanks to HEATHER one of the employees there who noticed that I started going there quite often and let me know about the gold card to earn stars. She has even memorized my drinks haha along with a few other employees.

This store is always clean and easily accessible from the freeway. The employees are nice and a good environment. Typically not too busy but is also a local meetup spot for the nearby college.
Parking is a big issue here though. All of the parking spots are only 15 minutes so if you want to hang a while, you risk getting a parking ticket from the nearby police station.

This is an outstanding location in Newport Beach. Very nice interior of the stores uniquely rounded both inside as well as the patio area. So it’s only hill on the corner of an intersection overlooking the city Highway for nice scenic view. Roomy interior, nice furniture and friendly staff.

Dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The floors were disgusting! The bathroom was a mess, no toilet paper & trash all over the floor. Took forever just to get a cup of coffee!

Horrible location. Parking lot is unacceptable. Starbucks and three other businesses share lot that has about 20 total spots. Always understaffed.

I love Starbucks, they are the only place I believe makes the best matcha green tea latte. Being the closest Starbucks to my house I come here pretty often. While most visits i I leave satisfied, this time WAS NOT one of those. Yesterday I ordered a decaf coffee, hoping to receive it rather quickly. However, the Barista informed me that it would take a little longer because they needed to make a new batch and let it drip. I agreed and waited patiently, after 15 minutes later with other orders being served including my friend Caitlins caramel macchiato … Shout out haha… Throughout the 15 minutes me and the cashier made eye contact frequently and she would just smile. I assumed she would let me know when the order was ready, so I continued to wait another 10 min thinking «how long does it take to brew some coffee?» No joke! after 25 min total she says «you drink has been waiting near the counter for 10 min.» I lookit’s hidden by a mother Fucking straw holder and this Ho is just telling me! I said girl, I’m leaving if I STAY ANY LONGER I WILL CUT YOU! I got my coffee, and left with a mad rage, and went home to the only thing that can calm me down. Mother Fucking Doc Mcstuffins!!! That’s right Doc Mcstuffins Praise the baby Jesus and didn’t get all crazy!

I think this is the third or fourth time they’ve got my drink wrong. Their wifi seems to suck unless it’s just because of my computer. It is always packed during the day. To say the least, I get more stressed whenever I come here.

Probably the grossest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The tables are filthy and the baristas are cordial at best. The parking in this center sucks too! Not the best Starbucks around, that’s for sure!

Got my drink wrong again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me 4 times, shame on me. A café espresso frap with espresso whip and nonfat milk isn’t that difficult, is it?

Right off the freeway on a one way road, it can be difficult to get to. The parking lot is small 15min parking spots. Overall it feels rushed. It was nice inside though, good service.
