I love what TechSpace has to offer: environment that is modern, high tech, professional and it’s total plug n play. I did not have to invest in office furniture, routers, servers, etc. Internet is extremely fast and they have an IT Department to handle everything. This location is close to everything. Very happy with choosing TechSpace!

I could not be more happy to have left this place! After renting here for over a year you would think that they would appreciate your business. Absolutely the opposite. In fact their Site Manager is unprofessional and plain horrible! She is an instigator and Involved herself in confidential employee issues. She even harassed one of my employees by throwing a package at them? I complained about her and they told me they would«investigate the matter» and get back to me. Still waiting after three months and guess what? They kept her! #liability

Perfect spot for a start up or for a business just looking for executive suites. Very clean, modern design(much more so than you will find at any other executive suite office nearby). The amenities are great: multiple modern-style trendy conference rooms, breakroom with kitchen, large trendy welcoming reception area with flat screen TVs, VOIP, fast internet speeds with guest wi-fi for your clients and more. The management has been great to us and the on-site team(Marci and Meryl) has gone above and beyond to cater to our needs. It’s a prime location, centrally located in the OC near John Wayne Airport, hotels, across the street from South Coast Plaza and tons of dining options from something quick to upscale. Much recommended for anyone looking for full service office space.

What can I say, this place is great. We have been here for over a year now and they have met or exceeded all my expectations as a small business owner in technology. Facilities — nothing but great views from the lobby, large conference room and even our own office. Always clean and always impressive to our clients. Internet connectivity — rock solid and their IT staff doesn’t hesitate to jump on even the slightest issue. No problems with our VOIP or internet line all year. Amenities — Includes unlimited coffee and tea, perfect for the IT professional. The chairs, tables, desks and phones are all modern, functionally and visually work great. If you’re looking to save some startup costs and get to work right away with a small group of dedicated people this is the spot. Instead of spending the first few weeks moving in and building out you can show up, get the keys to your office and get right to work.

This is where it all started. Our business needed an office quickly as we grew beyond coffee shops and were tired of stealing wifi. The team at Tech Space worked with our timeline and budget to get us set up as quickly as possible. We were able to stay there throughout the birth of our venture. They worked beyond a normal property management team and helped connect the tenants on a personal basis. And the views from the break room were pretty amazing too. We still stay in touch with friends made at TechSpace.
